Very good

We had a cleaning lady come into our room unannounced as reception had us as checked out when we hadnt!

Pool was great for the kids, buffet was great, good laundry. Nice surrounds

The property was very good, clean and centrally located. The pool was great and Well managed .The staff was excellent very humble respectful. It was great staying at Rydges.

The hotel was great, staff were lovely and very helpful, beds comfy and great shower. I think it was just the very outdated AC that let it down and I had to boil the kettle in the bathroom as I couldn’t see a power point that was off the ground.

Mis information on the website. Tv didn’t work properly, internet wouldn’t connect to the tv.Restaurant prices were a little too high for what was presented, but food was good, pasta was very average and tasteless.

Nicely sized room. Very comfortable bed. Loved the bar area

The only odd downside was the shower- shower head was fixed at an angle that put a lot of water u nessecarily outside of the recess

Air-conditioning wasn't working in room ,told staff and the said the maintenance crew wasn't there and to just turn it off ,worst sleep I have had in a hotel, they could of offered another room, hotel wasn't busy.

For the fancy reception, i expected more with the rooms not going to lie, the staff member at the front had some attitude since we were younger guests (ranging in 17-18 years old) but nevertheless good location

Great location. Good sized rooms. Staff were wonderful.

The bathroom was a little dirty and needed a good deep clean, and a globe was blown over the vanity. No safe in the room for valuables. Noise from other rooms was noticeable. The room was hot when we arrived and the air con didn’t work, switched warm or cool and it still set to heater. Maintenance came and connected it to cooling, removing the heater option.

No room service and no options for lunch, there was dinner on but the bar told us that the chefs are all away! It felt like the hotel was barely open, very few staff on

Great spacious room and lovely facilities. Lovely buffet lunch on Christmas day comfortable large bed. Undercover secure parking.

Room was small with no toiletries, bathroom didn't have toothbrush, no bathrobes, no slippers, parking was expensive and i suppose as we already paid for hotel charges, to pay extra for parking didn't make any sense to me, very limited hot breakfast items, seems like everything was premade, the worse part was the fruits looked stale which supposed to be fresh,

All staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the barista coffee was exceptional.

We have no complaints. From check-in to check-out, we couldn't fault anyone or anything.

The rooms, the lobby, the location, the staff, everything was good.

The only thing concerned me was the deep pool. No pool for kids. The pool was very deep, even for adults. The min. Ht. was 150cm i guess.

The noise from other travellers carried throughout the building continuing after midnight. Although towels were replaced daily no cleaning of sinks toilet etc carried out during our 5 day stay
