Very friendly staff member who was very helpful. The attached restaurant was a nice touch, and enjoyable!

Air conditioning was broken, though I was assured that it was being fixed. Had I stayed longer than only overnight, I could have enjoyed it!!

Perfect for my needs.

No plug in handbasinTap spout is too large for basin and water does not actually go into basin until you know for the next visit.

Shower hadn't been cleaned prior to my arrival. I had to pull the bath mat aside and rinse the shower out as best I could

Large spacious two-bedded room, providing great value (Canberra was busy that weekend due to a music festival).

Location to central of Queanbeyan excellent

- Unable to access garage for full of old appliances -No free wifi -No a/c in bedrooms -Windows Don't open due to all locked and wasn't given key-Fly screen door Don't lock and close properly due to massive security lock on wooden door -Unit was dirty upon arrival. Dirty floor and cobweds in every corner, and dirt built up on window sills

Could have stayed somewhere cheaper with at least equal quality

Quite dated. Dirty cups and cutlery. Very tight car park. No face to face contact with staff as code to enter room sent by text.

Lovely staff and food right nearby.

Room wasn't the cleanest but we loved it anyway.

I left early without staying the night - just too dirty

over all it suited us very well. Good location, very comfortable, clean and tidy.

Some attention to maintenance is neede. ie; Tap handles that continually fell off, thread bare carpets.

The location was convenient and the room was clean. If you don't require anything luxurious, then Grand Manor Motor Inn has what you need for a few nights stay.

It doesn't have TV streaming service.

Convenient stay in Queanbeyan

Good quiet location not far from Riverside Mall. Very convenient digital entry code for access.

Flexible arrival time.

Aged facility and strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Dog friendly, which is very appreciated. Easy check in process.

Mould in the shower. Suspected pubic hair in the bath :/ The bathroom in general was just dirty. Freezer was unusable as completely overflowing with ice. This meant I couldn’t use my ice bricks. I would have spoken to management but it was impossible to contact anyone, and when my call was returned, I could barely hear the wifi password as it was (which I also called to get).

Location was good, room was clean, away from the major road.

Bed was a little soft for my liking.Old style motel and showing signs of age. In need of update.

Property was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was great value for money, especially as basic appliances were all provided ie. kettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryer. Even the water saving shower head had quite a generous flow. Only downer was the location was a little rough.

The apartment is not well maintained. The washing machine did not work, a toilet seat was broken. There was no dishwasher soap. A bathroom tap was hard to turn off.

Nice comfortable room. Management responded to a noisy neighbour when we advised them of the issue. Parking spot on premises. Restaurant smelt lovely but unfortunately didn't get to try it. Will do if we stay again.

A shame we got next door to noisy guests arguing and then smoking outside our door late at night chatting, had to complain twice to management. Management was prompt and asked the people to quieten down or they would be asked to leave. Shower dripped after being turned off well.
