great location for attending the theatre.

Great location, excellent design aesthetic, fabulous ensuite, comfy beds.

It was dusty - the dark floor and furniture showed everything. Not cleaned to the usual hotel standard

The apartment was a perfect size and very comfortable, in a great, convenient location. Walking distance to quite a few food options and very quiet in the room.

The lighting was a little frustrating, i.e. lots of buttons in groups on a single panel with the writing worn off so not sure which switch did what.

Good location. New and clean rooms. Blockout curtains made everything pitch black. Room faced a laneway which was quiet.

Clean space, great location, tons of privacy, excellent services

The curtains not closing all the way made the morning light hit my face, which made it difficult to fall back asleep or get enough sleep. I knew there was the option of closing the sliding doors around the bed, but that just made me feel claustrophobic.

The location at the border of the downtown was perfect. Check-in was very fast and effective. Also a number of bus stops were around the corner.

We ordered and payed for a room with 3 beds. The extra bed was there but blankets etc were was forgotten. Fortunately, this could be fixed very quickly.

The apartment was comfortable and well appointed, and the location convenient for exploring Canberra.

The apartment itself was comfortable, but our stay was overshadowed by service issues. We had to email the hotel twice about a minibar charge for a chocolate bar we did not consume (the refund was ultimately obtained through a bank dispute after unanswered emails, not directly from the hotel as later claimed). In those emails we also raised concerns about an unsafe interim door workaround with an unmarked single step that created a trip hazard, which we witnessed cause an elderly guest to fall, and the need to request basic items like tissues and teabags despite our room having been refreshed. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but some cushions had stains and the shower sealant showed black mould that needed treatment. Although the hotel eventually acknowledged the minibar charge, our detailed follow-up email received no reply. We were particularly concerned about their response to the malfunctioning main entrance door. While they admitted the sensor fault, no interim safety measures such as clear marking were implemented with the single step of the side door, despite WHS obligations to manage known hazards. Staff also deflected questions about local café breakfast options and cheaper public parking, instead steering us toward higher-cost hotel services. Accuracy in billing, transparency, and guest safety are fundamental, and we hope these points assist future travellers in making informed choices.

Black on black light switches without readable labels were a bit of an issue.

Location and cleanliness

The parking entry and exit is a recurring issue with frequent non allowance to enter or exit. This is the second time I have stayed here and despite assurances the automatic gate commonly will not allow either entry or exit. Fortunately the intercom at the gates work well and after a quick conversation the situation is (temporarily) remedied.This is irritating that it keeps happening.

Great location, tidy room that was comfortable and met my needs.

The room was lovely. Could see the snow on the hills in the distance! Staff was very friendly.

The rooms were modern, clean and had everything we needed. E.g. stove top, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washer/dryer, bath tub for the littles.

It would be nice to have room service available.

Location is very good. The property is modern and has a luxury feel. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The gym facilities were very good, and we enjoyed trying the Peleton bikes.

I was charged a $20 surcharge at front desk when making payment by card. Do people usually pay for hotels using cash? The chromecast function on the TVs didn't work for me, and the staff at the front desk were not able to get it working. The TVs had no inbuilt smart TV functions such as YouTube or Netflix, although they have a selection of their own movies to watch.

Great room for a couple and a child. Felt like it wasNew with great fittings and amenities.

Parking was extra. The gym was adequate.

Location was very good. Our 2 bedroom apartment was outstanding, very well equipped, latest tv’s in lounge and both bedrooms. Two bathrooms which were modern & luxurious.

A very minor thing: the table in the dining / lounge room was a bit too big for the space.

It was a beautiful hotel and room. It was in the perfect location for us as it was only a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre. The staff were very lovely and helpful to speak with. The room had everything we needed.

The TV chrome cast was difficult to access and we had lots of trouble connecting to it each night. The aircon system also didn’t seem to work great. We found the bed slightly uncomfortable.

Lovely ambiance and room set up is beautiful. The hotel reception staff was friendly.

- no information about how to connect to the WiFi - we asked for our room to be refreshed and it wasn’t done. All the dirt was kept in the room and the bed wasn’t made properly. - you have to pay extra for parking
