Well booked hotel and paid. Then got ask to pay another $138 fee on top for bond from hotel staff. I didn't have it. So I ended up sleeping in the car with my son. I was not impressed. I am requesting my money back since I didn't get anything for it.

In a good location. Friendly staff and great food. Breakfast in the price of accomodation was a great thing to have. Wasn’t disappointed. We will be back.

The only thing was being charged for breakfast after already paying for it the day before but that will fix that up nicely so no dramas there.

I payed extra to get a couch in my room and when I turned up I had a single bed and a double bed with no couch. I told the staff but they were not helpful at all.

This is where we like to stay when visiting in Canberra. We have also tried other places but find this is our best choice.

The tv was difficult to use. When turned on it was difficult to navigate. For example when it first went on only sound was there. Then in a few minutes a live picture appeared.

Bed was nicely made each day and clean towels were provided

They have a data leak, I got a text message from a scammer who knew about my reservation and had all my data. When I told them, they just said ‘it’s not us who sent the text message’…. No I know, but I wanted to tell you about the data leak. They didn’t care.

Clean, tidy and comfortable bed

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was spotless and very well maintained, exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was incredibly smooth with clear instructions, and the location was easy to find.

Who has smear paper in toilts now day !!!! went down to the toilet at reception and the toilet there had the same, POO. The meals where to expensive at the Motell had to go next door to get value meals

Staff were absolutely fantastic, after arriving early they were able to swap me to an available room so I could rest before an event. The room was comfortable, hygienic and had great air con.
