Salamanca Terraces

The location next to Salamanca markets and wharf area is fantastic.

There’s a childcare centre next door which was noisy on weekdays.

They upgraded our room from studio to one bedroom apartment, so we have fully equipped kitchen and even a laundry machine. The living area got a lot of space, feeling ease staying here.

The apartment is somewhat aged, and because the facilities are older—possibly due to dust in the air conditioning filters or curtains—we experienced some minor allergies. However, despite this, it was overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location was very close to the Salamanca Markets. They're just around the corner. The room was warm and comfortable. Parking was provided and very easily accessed. It's an easy walk through to the pier and throughout Salamanca and the city of Hobart.

There was nothing not to like.

Salamanca Terraces are about Location which is fantastic and on site parking is terrific.

The Apartment is spacious but is looking tired and in need of a revamp. Having said that everything was adequate and absolutely loved the balcony.

Close to everything

Outdated for a penthouse should have had a spa etc only shower over a bath.Not enough coffee satchels or milk and bedding was too soft

Excellent location close to Salamanca.

Three stairs inside room after entering room were awkward. Shower over bath was dated and difficult. Suggest bathroom upgrades would make the property perfect.

Parking is directly next to the apartments' front entrance and is private, so very convenient. Daily room service was good. Kitchen fairly well equipped - would have preferred larger mugs and deeper bowls. Apartment was spacious and had good natuural daylight. Bed was large and comfortable. Lounge chairs and sofa were comfortable and had good back support

The beds were very comfortable and even though it was a bit dated it was very clean

Stepping over into the bath for the shower. With two new knees I managed but would have been good to have a bar to hold on too.

Basic hotel room, nothing flash. Perfect for an overnight stay on the way to somewhere else

Staff were very responsive to the issues that arose during our stay. Location was great and parking was easy to access.

We chose to stay at the terraces because we needed a washing machine during our trip. Unfortunately the machines weren’t just poorly maintained- but they had accumulated filth that indicates they don’t get cleaned during guest turnover, if ever. If you need to do laundry during your stay, I’d avoid the terraces. I also woke up on the second day of our three-day stay to find none of the lights in our apartment were working (power was on).Staff were responsive to the problems, but I hope that the incident with the laundry prompts a thorough clean of all the hotel’s machines and implementation of a regular cleaning schedule.

Checkin at Lenna across the road was excellent and friendly, location was great Salamance markets are just a few steps around the corner, good size apartment, onsite car parking, option to use a drop box for checkout

No instructions 2 use the cooker was difficult.The bathroom shower/bath we felt was a bit dangerous, with the glasss wall in two pieces.The microwave no instructions also.The beds were brilliant, the washer/dryer was super+ the dishwasher.The walk up the hill was taxing..
