Hobart Waterfront Apartments

Clean and spacious. Near the beautiful coast tourist spots restaurants and salamanca market. Very central.Friendly, helpful staff.

The lobby was very 1970s. :)

Loved the spacious rooms. Also the receptionist was very helpful. The free to use washing machine and dryer was very useful.

The doona was too thick for summer. I was too hot. There wasn't much privacy from the neighbouring buildings. The staff didn't tell me about the facilities.

Fantastic location, and a very walkable city. Salamanca Market, waterfront, Mona ferries and other must dos right on doorstep along with great restaurants. Staff all very helpful, room a little tired but had all i needed.

Great location, just opposite the Skybus stop. The room had everything I needed. I particularly loved the comfy bed!

The apartments are located right on the marina, with a decent pub across the road (Telegraph Hotel). Ideal location as a base for Hobart.

The location is closed to the Saturday market. walking distance 5 mins top

Close to the waterfront. Position was perfect. Large apartment with a very comfortable bed. Lovely thick white towels.

The property is rather dated. Only criticism is lack of a smart tv. Not a big issue though.

Great location and good value for money. Easy walking distance to town and the port was right on the doorstep. I was able to check in early as my room was ready when I got there at midday. Staff were lovely!

Fridge in the room was a bit noisy (I turned this off at night) and the bed was quite hard and lumpy.

Location, close to Bus Stop. Sky Bus, Explorer Bus and Hop On Hop Off Bus all stopped at Brooke St Pier, easy short walk to apartment.

Staff were helpful and clear directions as to what to do even at off times and perfect location

The room was spacious and the location was perfect for our day trips.

It was very difficult to get the right temperature when adjusting the taps during shower.. Also the cold tap was not working or could not be turned on at the sink.

Nice apartments to stay in Hobart. Amazing location - across the road from the ferry to the MONA museum and a very short walk to Salamanca. So many great restaurants nearby! I got a free upgrade, so it was a very spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities. It was a very quiet, nice place to rest after a day exploring the city. It's a little bit dated, but still a great value considering the price and the location. I didn't use the hotel's car park, it was cheaper to leave the car for a day at a nearby Market Place Car Park (early bird parking), and I had no issues parking overnight for free on the nearby street car parks.

The location was amazing, the Brooke Street pier and Salamanca were right on our doorstep! Just a short walk to the harbour, we loved how close the apartment was to all the main attractions we needed and wanted to see. We walked to the city too it was very close. We also got an earlier check in to our room which was most welcome as we had an early morning flight and needed to rest.

We wanted the room to be serviced on Sunday so we didn’t hang up the sign to say “don’t clean our room” however when we got back we noticed the room hadn’t been serviced. Not sure why that was, perhaps they don’t do servicing on Sundays but we weren’t told. Also, I was told we could leave our luggage at reception on our last day when we checked out as we had a late flight, but the receptionist didn’t seem happy about this and was asking what time we’d be back. We did end up leaving them and it all worked out okay.
