the location was perfect for me. My room was also very nice.

The only thing I didn't like was one of the front reception staff members. She didn't appear overly friendly. I had a few questions about parking and using the laundry. She answered, but I just felt she didn't elaborate.

Very comfortable studio apartment in the Annex. Perfect location for seeing Hobart. Easy walk down Elizabeth St to the pier and ferry to MONA as well as the Saturday Salamanca Market. Enjoyed having a full kitchen as we could then eat in if we wanted. grocery about 2 blocks away. Wonderful breakfast cafe around the corner. Free laundry. We would book here again.

No Decaf coffee for us older people. :)

have spa tub, location is really convenient for going anywhere. The staff is very friendly.

Close to everything , and can walk everywhere from here. Kitchenette was appreciated as we could make brekkie. Grocery nearby

Staff member researched travel to a winery I asked about and provided choices. We were given the same apartment we had enjoyed previously so it felt like home. All staff friendly and helpful especially reception and cleaners.

Location was very good. Stayed only one night. Middle of the city so plenty of restaurants close by.

No lift in this part of the building. Have to haul luggage through flight of narrow stairs

The location is an obvious plus, however everything about the apartment was wonderful - bed was amazingly comfortable, pillow was perfect, quiet in the evenings, spacious, very clean, and wonderful staff.

Not much really, was pretty good. Shower/bath was a bit small. But otherwise no complaints

The location is great. It is adjacent to everything you would possibly need in Hobart.

The bed was really uncomfortable and blinds were not working in our room.

The family suit was great. Lots of room and in a convenient location for everything we wanted to do during our short stay.

Our children said it was hard to fall asleep due to the carpark next door and car lights coming in the windows.

It was quite difficult to park and unload luggage. The apartment is dated but it has everything you need for a quick stay.

Excellent central location mid city. Staff were exceptional, property was very clean.

Lounge was too low for us, (Sofa bed)
