The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel

Really nice place - simple and does the job especially if you aren't planning on staying in your room all day. Super close to the harbour and only a short walk away from stores. Sometimes the corridors are a little loud/echoey but didnt cause any issues for us.

We enjoyed our stay at the Old Woolstore Apartments. We chose this place mainly because of its location and it was a good place to stay. The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean.

The bed was relatively small compared to other places we have stayed recently. Getting charged $5.00 for a small bottle water out of the fridge I thought was a bit rude.

Location was perfect for event. Able to walk to areas we needed including event, meals and supermarket. Rooms were clean and spacious with goo natural light

we requested twin share rooms but couldn't be fully accommodated as one room still had a double bed

Enjoyed the spa bath and bed the was very comfy

Parking was $20 a night, rip off when you charge so much for the room, unable to watch movies until you have foxtel as TV are fixed to that. No options for swimming or even offered vouchers definitely won't be spending another birthday here wasn't worth the price if you ask me ☺️

Apartment was big with 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets.

Has a loft bed, inconvenience for seniors to use the loft bed staircase.

Clearness, location, easy parking , and great staff.

The price was a little expensive per night, and paying 20 dollars a day for your parking. If paying a high price to stay, parking should be included .that's the only negative part of our stay. Otherwise, excellent. Will come again

The way it was advertised on Bookings.com, it had a washer and dryer in the unit. The room I got did not have them. It was not that big of deal, it was just a bit disapointing. Having a couple of bar soaps in the room would have been nice as well. The soap provided was on the oily side and caused my skin to break out. I had forgotten my normal soap.

The check in was quick and easy, the location to the waterfront was great. The room itself was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The facilities of cooking and washing was good to have.

Fantastic location and staff. Rooms are modern (love the Foxtel on Demand) although not completely soundproof. Rooms serviced immaculately daily even over the holidays. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, within walking distance or close enough to all my points of interest. Modern bathroom, large spa, comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen. I spent 4 nights and was quite satisfied

Everything. Location was fabulous everything within walking distance and close to harbour and shopping areas. Walking distance to restaurants and tours. Staff were friendly and went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
