Pros +
- Close to everything we like to do
- It was a clean hotel.
- The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Very small room, but very clean, great shower and cleansing products
- Not having free internet is a bit absurd in this day and age. Moreover, when you go to sign up for internet the sign-up page defaults to a 3-month $250 internet charge, which is seemingly setup to trick someone into buying a very expensive package.
- The coffee is not very good.

Sorry, would really like a biscuit with my cup of tea!no "smart" TV
Location
Parking was complicated. The room was basic but the bathroom was clearly not cleaned very well. There was hair on the floor in several spots, including what looked like pubic hair. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, felt like I was on a lean all night, struggling to keep myself in the bed.

Clean
Very good location in the city centre, good parking options either in Argyle Street close by or behind the building in another car park.
Everything was pretty much as to be expected, nothing bad to say about the facilities or staff.
Location was great. Walking distance to most places. Quick Uber otherwise. Room was a good size and clean. Onsite laundry facilities were great. Staff amazing. Coffee in cafe great! Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.
Air conditioning didn't cool the bedroom in the suite. Had to keep the curtains closed to keep the room cool.
Comfortable and well located.
Sitting room furniture was uncomfortable for relaxing.
Lovely staff who are always smiling and happy to help. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious but looked tired with lots of scuff marks on the walls (a coat of paint would really smarten up the place). This didn’t bother us, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room when we arrived. The beds were great with clean linen, but there was a thick rim of dust around the edge of all the rooms and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned. Reception was lovely and offered to come up, but I was happy to give the fridge a quick clean myself. The cleaners also seemed to do a more thorough job the next day which was really appreciated.
The location is excellent and the hotel people were friendly and helpful.
The rooms was quite small and basic. Whilst overall clean, it was the detail (edges, behind things) that wasn't as clean as it could be. Bed wasn't overly comfortable.
Good location. Handy parking. Comfortable and clean room. Water pressure on the low side and feeling a bit dated but overall a pleasant experience.
Location was great
It was not good value for moneyThe room was tiny for $289
It was very clean and neat. Accessible to everything in Hobart as it was walking distance to the shopping centre and wharf’s
The breakfast bar should be open for lunch and dinner
It was clean and comfortable.
Didn’t like the shower over the bath as it was difficult to get in and out of. Also, easy to slip over - should have a better non slip bath mat and a handrail. Also thought the breakfast was poor as we payed extra to have breakfast included in our room rate but the breakfast choices were limited. You couldn’t have more than one choice off the mains menu. It would’ve been cheaper to have the breakfast special for $10!Also poor to have to pay$5 extra for an extra , eg. bacon!
Location
Experiential walking through the Fifths floors to ground Emergency Exit out street in the morning while the fire alarm went on. What’s the ridiculous thing happening.
Lovely, staff incredible, so polite, enough variety. Very efficient. The thing you noticed they catered incredibly for people with special requirements. Well done. You could have a big breakfast or quick breakfast to go
Location, cleanliness, size
At the city center., adjacent to public parking, special price on day parking. Standard kitchen facilities inside the room. Self service laundry and fee of charge.
