Needed a rail for getting in and out of the bath to have a shower

Car parks were right in front of the entrance.

It was really hard to sleep, because all outside lights were on 24/7 shining right into our bedroom - even with blinds closed as much as we could it was still as light as day in the bedroom in the middle of the night. The pool closes very early and was always overrun by uncontrolled kids - impossible to get an actual swim in. The location looks central but is on a very steep hill, making it hard to actually go into town and back. With two bedrooms, the bathroom facilities were insufficient for 4 adults.

Quiet location. Ideal for rest after a tiring day exploring the city. Clean unit with parking facility.

Assigned unit dies not have window overlooking the hills. Only 1 bathroom. Inconvenient for elders or those with knee problem as all rooms were upstairs.

The Bay View Villas offer large and clean apartments with spectacular views over Hobart and the Bay. Beds are king-size and comfortable, sofas can be turned into beds if needed.

Loved the view from the balcony. Doing laundry was easy and accessible. The underground parking was secure and easy to access. Enjoyed having a nature walk nearby.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

There is only one toilet in the three-bedroom apartment. The swimming pool and game room close too early. The location is a bit far from shops and restaurants.

Great sized rooms and clean and tidy. Location was great if you had your own car. Family friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

The message that we receive regarding how to get the keys needs to be updated. I received an email advising if i was arriving after 5 then I need to use the keybox. I couldn't get the box to work so had to call the AH number which was a security number. Turns out reception was still open so was able to get the keys that way.When we stayed the pool was freezing. The heated indoor pool was one of the reasons why I booked at this place.In saying the above, I would still definitely go and stay again.

Very quiet double brick units. Secluded parking. Staff happy to offer travel advice. They also offered temporary secure undercover parking area for some equipment that I needed to be picked up by a courier. Nice view over the CBD of the bay. Good after hours check in procedures.

Really simple things that were missed:1) The blinds in our bedroom & kids bedroom didn't close properly / many curtain hooks were unhinged. Because they had a lot of security lights at night we struggled to sleep. If kids don't sleep well, parents don't sleep well; it affects everything.2) The indoor pool was 27 degrees. Although this might be ok for avid lap swimmers, it's far far too cold for kids to enjoy. Because I was travelling for work we were looking for a place that could entertain our kids while I was away. Unfortunately it was too cold for them to enjoy - this was a *major* disappointment. Most indoor resort pools are at least 29 degrees.3) The games room had been newly painted. However all of the internal doors in the games area, reception area & pool area were closed, so there was no ventilation to reduce the very strong paint smell; we couldn't use the games room.4) The washing facilities were expensive / annoying. Only coin operated machines; I think one wash and one dry cost $10.5) Would be nice if a few simple condiments were changed, eg. maybe add some green tea bags instead of only black tea & instant coffee.

Room deodorizer was a bit strong

Games room where we played table tennis and there were some couches. It was also handy for us to hang out in while we did a load of washing. There is a coin operated washing machine (you can get coins from reception during the day - I think $4 for one and $5 for another - can't remember which one was washing machine or dryer)That there were two bedrooms and a kitchenette area.Nice to provide towels (include dark ones for make-up)I liked that they had two couches in the living room and enough cutlery and plates for five people. There was also a car park (or maybe 2?) for each apartment so that was handy.

I am not always keen on the shower over the bath (hard to get in and out).The bedrooms were upstairs (which was okay for us) but I was a little worried at first that my son might use them during the night. (This is just to let people know - so if you need bedrooms on bottom floor)Bringing a child with me I wasn't totally keen on sliding doors to backyard (but I just brought screw-in things from online to keep it closed). But I imagine other people might appreciate being able to sit out there and have breakfast or dinner if the weather was nice.

Space and cleaniness and pool was good.

The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. No housekeeping, had to get your own supplies from laundry, games room nice but had to pay for pool table, TV didn't work and games missing peices.

We had a beautiful view of the harbour from our apartment.

It would be good if there were more toilet roll supplies in the apartment. With 4 people staying in there for one week and only one spare toilet roll.

Wonderful views of the city from most rooms, clean, great location close to the city centre.

there was a strong smell of some cleaning product that made us leave windows and doors open in order to dissipate it.

Very clean and organise. The only aspect that I’ll ask to improve is to have smart tvs, that will be able to hook in our own Netflix accounts to enjoy some movies while we aren’t out and about

It was very clean. Good facilities, kitchen was equiped with all essentials. Really good location, the view from the hill it was marvellous

Amazing view, easy to find location, easily accessible parking with nice big spaces. Pool was lovely (a little chilly) and games room was great for the kids!

Only basic TV was provided (no internet on TV).

Comfortable bed

Swimming pool, pool games, indoor games were bad, not a good view location as expected.
