It was marketed as a magnificent sunset watching spot and unless you stood in one particular spot, you couldn’t see the sun

I liked the balcony, kitchen, aircon, pool, TV, parking, friendly staff, 16th floor tapas,

Bedroom area and bath a bit small.

Spacious and very clean. Very walkable and close to Mitchell Street, the mall, and park. The washer machine was a plus.

Parking spaces in garage was tight.

Our room was spacious and it overlooked the pool and harbour. Comfortable bed and clean shower. Ample room in the wardrobe for clothes. Kitchen was mostly well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was great and rooftop bar was the best, especially as the food provided was complimentary with the drinks! The reception staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location was an easy 10 minute walk to the city center and 15min walk to Darwin Harbour Front.

Location and view of the city. Comfortable bed.

Airconditioning the split system kept leaking. Was never repaired.

Had a good stay at the hotel. Great view from the 13th floor & the rooftop.

The view from our room was good, Horizon Cafe offered Breakfast & take away lunches which was great. Also roof top bar was very relaxing and friendly. Staff were very helpful and assisted with any queries or worries we had. Accommodation was within walking distance to centre of town. Room cleaning service was good, rooms very clean. I was able to organize late checkout till 12pm with no cost.

Bathrooms in apartments could have been designed better, walk in showers were great and easily assessable for my husband and sister. Which is why I booked Ramada. When we arrived, I was offered another room to what I had booked, which was way smaller, due to ours having a tradesman fixing something. Bathroom door opened barely missing toilet by millimeters, and covered basins. So had to maneuver in and close door to assess everything. Felt very claustrophobic, especially for my husband, who has health issues. When I mentioned this at reception the next day, I was immediately offered original room that I should have had in the beginning, to view before I agreed to moving our cases etc in. It was way bigger and way more room in bathrooms. Better set out and view over harbour from Balcony was great. However, I had to pay $120 for our previous room to be cleaned after we left it, I did this as I just wanted the room I had booked and didn't need the added stress.

Brett/Brad the night caretaker been an awesome person I met on arrival at the property. Very welcoming and accomodating. The location of property and overall services at the property met expectations.

There was some pool work going, and I had a room just 1 floor above the area, so if you are arriving at midnight, the tradie's tools were a great morning alarm.

Apartment - clean, spacious kitchen and living room. We loved the balcony. The bed room was a little small but the space balanced.Pool - we enjoyed our time. Beautiful view. Clean. Temp was good. Pool noodles to use.Playground - our toddler loved it and made for a way to burn off some energy before we went out for the dayGym - adequate for a quick workoutCafe - great coffee. The elevators are slow and sometimes full with people when they stopped at our floor so plan for that.There were a few things in the apartment - there was a mop in the closet in the kitchen that had a musty smell. We couldn't open the cabinet without the overwhelming smell. Two of the blinds in the bedroom had broken before our arrival and were zip tied to the top which allowed the morning sun to shine right on the bed.

Easy to find, easy checking. Free drink on arrival & vouchers to rooftop bar for sunset was definitely a good option

The cafe served superb food and was the highlight of my stay.

The room was described as 'executive'. I've stayed in many other places that would fit that description - this did not. It was small and poorly designed in terms of the glass enclosure of the bed area meant you could not see a view of the outside and therefore felt claustrophobic. Additionally this glass enclosure meant the aircon did not fully reach into the bed area. The shower cubicle is small and inadequate for an 'executive' described room. The photos make the room look much bigger. The coach was barely big enough to fit 2 people.

I liked absolutely everything! 10 out of 10. Very welcoming staff. Room is large and clean, great view and a perfect location for me - just at the edge of downtown, easy parking. Rooftop bar and a cafe are just awesome.

Wall decor instead of very many shelves and cupboards would be nice. No dumbbells in gym

Gym facilities limited, pool was fabulous.

The location and roof top cocktail bar. Loved fact that you get a free drink and nibbles. Nice to see a place with good service.

Asking for $100 holding deposit when there is nothing in rooms like mini bar.

Room was comfortable and well airconditioned with a useful and clean kitchen. The bed was comfortable.The pool was clean and well patronised. We did not use the pool, but visited the roof top bar several times for a drink and to look at the commanding view.

The sofa was due for a change as the springs are very prominent in the seat cushions.

Location unsuitable unless you have a car, which we did not. For guests who are unable to walk then its not suitable as too far to food venues and tourist areas. We moved out after 1 night and our friend chose not to stay due to location, at very considerable loss of $ for me.

Location mainly. But the rooms were very costly given they were very old and tired.

Large enough room but very sparingly decorated

Apart from having to move rooms within the first few hours of my check-in and apart from the fact the tiles were os slippery when wet and with soap as I was washing my self I found myself slipping over and almost banging my head on the wall to say the least it was not a very good stay to say the least. May I suggest getting a grit like texture added to the tiles to prevent further mishaps like mine almost became a disaster.
