Location Friendly staff

Perfect location and fair priced.

Rooms are fair and spacious, but in need of updating.

Location was the best. Our room didn't have a view but everything was close by.

The parking garage reeked. It housed many stray cats so that was the smell.

Nothing that I can think about

Good location and great view of the harbour. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with harbour view which had plenty of space. Reasonably well equiped kitchen for quick meals.

Would have been great to have a colander to drain pasta!

Close to key attractions and restaurants

Just like to say, if you book a room that was described as an apartment, there should be more than two wine glass and coffee cups, not everyone eats out every day couple of plates and bowls would be good.

Had a bathtub, washing machine and dryer. It was spacious.

Booked a one bedroom overlooking city. Room looked well worn and a bit smelly.I didn’t want to sit on couch. I won’t book this again nor recommend to my friends.

This hotel is perfect when visiting Darwin as it is central to the town and to the sea front. We stayed in an apartment and requested a harbour view which we got. The Reception staff were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Darwin. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would certainly stay in this hotel when I visit Darwin again.

All good for what we needed

Great stay, apart from the 2am wake up fire alarm going off. The window to the bedroom in 612 was green and mouldy. It didn't cause issues but was unsightly. Also behind the curtain is some dried up leak from the ceiling. Loved the soaps in the bathrooms. And the bed was comfortable.

Well-located hotel which is just a walk away to Smith street.

My wifi connection keeps disappearing, connected then disconnected all over again. Also, the AC needs a rework, it smells so moldy in the room and the hallway (I was on 8th level, can't say for other floors).

That reception and housekeeping didn’t come and clean up the vomit from the balcony of the hotel room that came from the room above us had to endure seeing it for the entire stay

Location was excellent for restaurants. Room had poor view and was very noisy facing the Mitchell street zone.

No cold water in the fridge.

We liked the location.

Parking felt unsafe, bathroom very outdated, bed was very uncomfortable. Windows were dirty and hard to see the ocean.
