Conveniently located close to town. Very pleasant surrounds . Many cafes to choose from. Close to ferry. Reasonably priced.

Looking a little worn out.

View was great and able to smoke on balcony was a plus. Pool was great too.

Place was small but aligned with price.

The response by the manager was well meaning genuine and importantly and understood after the complex was not quite suitable for my medical needs.Please see comments below

Th receptionist on arrival was particularly unhelpful and with a very disappointing attitude and made little helpful suggestions.

View was great. Location was very ideal. Room was spacious. Nice sea breeze.

The shower space too congested and the water pressure was low. There was a bad odour when we entered the room. It wasn't smelling fresh and clean. Moreover, there were used plasters left on the floor in one of the bedroom which wasn't a pleasant sight. There was no rangehood over the cooking stove, so we were reluctant to cook as it may trigger the fire alarm.

The room was spacious, with a great view i er the marina. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The pool was a good bonus. I liked the available food to purchase as there wasn't a shop close enough to pick up groceries quickly.

Spacious apartment with wonderful views of the marina. Everything was clean and convenient, and the neighbourhood felt very safe.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They greeted us warmly. There’s a busstopnacross the street that goes to the CBD. The marina is a short walk away with goid restaurants.

The apartment was quite spacious with a nice balcony. There was a full size fridge as well as washing machine and dryer in the room. Apartments were serviced half way through our 8 night stay. There was good off street parking for my vehicle that was too high for the underground carpark.

There were hotplates and a microwave but no oven. Also there were odd numbers of cutlery and not many pots/pans to make a proper meal, although it was fine for breakfasts.

Amazing location, very clean, perfect layout for our family. Spacious rooms. Loves the balcony space —and wash and dryer in the unit. Lovely water views

We were very happy with the size of the room and the view from the blacony. Also very pleased we had a washing machine and drier.

There was nowhere to buy groceries close by . Lots of restaurants but no shops.

Everything. Location was beautiful and convenient Rubbish shoot was a game changer

Only one day service over the week. Not enough towels, received 4 had 5 staying. Not enough car parks. Could always find an undercover park which was annoying especially with a baby

Have stayed at Cullen Bay many times, often in the same Appartment. Although this one was way above the rest. A one bedroom appartment with adjoining motel room. So spacious and well maintained.

Only the unsightly mould and moisture around the outside air conditioning unit where the water pools.

Very well located, beautiful view, comfortable bed, extremely helpful and nice staff, close access to Cullen Bay facilities.

The whole building is outdated, rooms and furniture too, bathroom especially.

Undercover parking it was raining a lot in Darwin. It provided convenience, and there's an emergency toilet available in the carpark again it provided convenience.

I booked for an apartment setting because we are staying for 7days ( and it was a family affair food would be involved that we needed an apartment setting hotel setting is too small for microwave), and without asking us, they upgraded us to the hotel setting room . And you can't stand on the balcony every time it rains. Do you get wet and worst-case the rain water doesn't drain ( during our stay, the balcony was soaked in water we have to walk around or over so we don't wet the floor in the room). They said the room would be serviced every day ( thought they cleaned up and changed our bed sheets, "No" only towels replaced and refilling amenities, we have used the same bedding for the entire stay, ) And the bed side lamp I can't use the switch is behind the bed and the bed pushed switch off. We are using an extension cable to charge our mobile phone cause the room doesn't have enough PowerPoint installed to the walls

We were greeted on Friday 28th March in the evening by the lovely lady with a very warm welcome.The room was large and spacious and the bed was comfy.The view (room 703) was beautiful.Sure its a little dated but that is nothing compared to how spacious and clean it was - reccommend.
