Location and staff--definitely felt we got a good value

- No distinct recycling in the units - Bathroom counter space is VERY limited, and the sink structure makes it hard not to have a wet counter all the time.

Didn’t like how me and my friends got accused by the front desk lady when leaving for a security video. You could clearly see in the video that it wasn’t us looked nothing like us but your staff really couldn’t care, didn’t want to listen to us when we were trying to say it’s not us in the video, very rude and poor on there behalf. So not happy at all. I think u guys should have a serious talk to them about how to speak to people and to open there eye.

Everything! The staff were Fab. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Brian on reception was extremely helpful.

Nothing! I was pleased with every aspect of this hotel. I will stop here again if I come back to Darwin.

Was such an easy walk to anywhere like shops, restaurants, local events but also far enough away to be quiet.

Overall I was happy with the venue and would stay there again.

Shopping nearby, easy access in and out with rental car.Staff accommodating with extended check out time.

The room was spacious. The lady behind the reception was very friendly. Good airconditioning.

The room was not very clean. There were like coloured spots on the table. The kitchen kabinet was broken and the curtains were not level. The fan looked like it could come down slightly. Also the chair/sofa in the room was broken. It had cracks in the leather. I could only shower cold? But I did not might with the hot humid weather tho.I asked the lady at the reception what to do. She told me to send it to an telephone number. I was and still am a bit anxious because you have to pay a deposit on beforehand if things get broken, because if I did not see it like so fast they maybe would let me pay for that even though it is not my fault. They did not give my deposit back so I do not know if they are fair or not. I do not really mind the broken things too much, but I did not break them, so I do not like the policy of de deposit if things are already broken.The pool looked a bit green too. But was good not too crowded.

- Location was bang on, close enough to Woolies without any disturbances.- The kitchenette down the hallway was a perfect location.- Beds were comfy.- Everything was clean and tidy.- Bathroom is well sized and the soaps on the wall was handy.

The kitchenette was missing a chopping board.

We really enjoyed our time there!The rooms were very comfy, and even better than on the pictures.Definitely recommending, and the wifi was great as well??Also a lot of tv channels to watch, and the staff was really nice as well!

Maybe just the check out time can be modified to 11, like in many other places around there, then it would be absolutely perfect??

Staff were not so helpful, room aircond wasn't working, was mucked around with for a couple of hours before getting re located, no apology for inconvenience no upgrade. Nothing!!! Handled situation badly. Didn't enjoy our stay unfortunately and won't be referring to any of my family and friends here. I have also emailed them with a complaint about my stay. No one has contacted me from Metro apartments regarding my stay. Very unprofessional customer service provided. Very disgusted.

The apartments are located in a perfect position, next door to Woolies, the bus station and a short walk to the city The staff were incredibly helpful most of the time.I really enjoyed the stay

Chose to stay here for the location, central in Darwin city.

Don't believe the blog on this motel, there are no hair dryers, no coffee machine, which had we known we would have brought our own dryers from home on the flight. The staff are difficult to get toilet paper or towels from, and the bathroom bins were never emptied in the 2 weeks we stayed. There was no cleaning done AT ALL in the 2 weeks we stayed. To the fact I cleaned the bathroom myself and toilets and had to wash the sheets and put them through the dryer. Staff would come dump towels, empty one bin, make a bed, and leave. If I didn't wash the sheets, we wouldn't have even had clean sheets during those 2 weeks.The gym was basic, the equipment was broken, and there was no air conditioning as it was also broken. We paid a bond, and we never got a refund. The office is full of double talk, saying it was released, but I have a bank statement showing it was not. After paying $3100 to stay there, it was overpriced, and we recorded the damage that was already present on arrival. The lounge had large dips in it, was impossible to sit on. The only thing this place has going for it is location but would never stay here again. We have travelled all over Australia, and I rate this as our worst experience.

The room and swimming pool was good and the staff was friendly.

The disruptive noise coming from kids running up and down the corridor at 11pm with doors slamming. The smell in the corridors on my level every time I got out of the lift. No Foxtel movie channels on TV

Well there was a pool and the floor was carpet but other then that not very much

Well for starters the staff charged me an extra $200 for a security deposit and she was disrespectful it didint say anywhere that I had to pay extra money for a security deposit… then because there was the tiniest bit of spew they charged me an extra $100 there was also some random door in our wall that didint have a handle it was like a secret door that led to another room it didint help that the room looked like it was from some 1980s murder mystery movie which by the way didint look like that on the booking.com or on the pictures in the elovator so we got catfishes plus the aircon was hot asf it was just a really bad time

Decor was a bit old, some stains on the carpet, apartment smelt, kettle was broken and ironing board was broken and collapsed whilst I was using it.

We did not like the smell in the room very musty, Mould in the shower & definately needs a make over. No fly screens so hard to air out the room.

Overcharged for one night on parking, couldn’t get a refund on it, the young lady I spoke to at reception about the situation was no help and really rude.
