Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Bentley Motel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the restaurant at the property is currently closed until further notice. Please note, reception hours are 8:00 until 18:00 Monday to Sunday You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. Please note that you cannot check in outside reception opening hours. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. The property will not honor third party cardholders without prior arrangement. We do not accommodate trucks, prime movers, trailers or large vehicles. Pool operating hours are 8:00 - 1800 Monday to Sunday. Please note that Bentley Motel requires AUD 200 upon check in to cover any incidental charges. The security deposit of $500 will be collected upon check in for guests living within the local area.
