House keeping done with military precision with a keen eye for detail. All staff were friendly and proffesional. Would definitely recommend.

Whilst the one bedroom studio was comfortable, the lounge was a bit too hard. could not get comfy, to watch tv or to do work on laptop.

We stay here every time we visit Port Adelaide. It's new, clean and close to restaurants and pubs. Perfect location, lovely staff and probably the best place to stay in the area.

Clean room which had all the facilities I needed for my stay, plus a comfy bed!I could keep the room at a comfortable temperature, without feeling too hot or cold.Walking distance to a restaurant/pub, which served some pretty good meals!

There wasn't anything I didn't like, so I can't put anything here!

The fresh room was excellent I know the Motel is newish but still looks and smells new great view ,friendly staff It was a carefree stay loved it.

Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good. It was basic but the room rate did not reflect that.

Provide room service over Christmas and Boxing day. There was no $ concession on the price of the room to make my own bed and not have any rubbish removed. I was also not impressed by the fact one had to pay to watch Netflix. I was most upset when the fire alarm went off two consecutive mornings, and we had to vacate our rooms.

room was clean. good facilities. only problem was toaster and kettle hard to reach as they have been placed in a high area.

Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Spacious living area.

It was well located and the bathroom/shower was good.

This was an apartment with kitchen facilities for two so if we wanted we could cook meals. It only had one chair!

24 hr check in is a godsend. Staff friendly and knowledgeable of local.area.

Booked for TWO adults but only one set of bathroom linen, and coffee and milk!!Hadn't arranged parking validation for us.

Staff were excellent, room was reasonably clean, bed was amazingly comfortable!!

Floor a bit slippy in the shower due to bleach not being rinsed properly, kitchen area not cleaned properly (minor coffee stains the I cleaned away myself

Loved having 2 chairs and an ottoman. Excellent bench and table space for laptops and eating. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quality blockout drapes. Free parking on premises. Helpful reception staff. Ample power outlets. TV has lots of chanels. Really loved having a kitchen. Convenient and interesting location.

Dirty linen left lying around in hallway. No plug for kitchen sink for washing dishes. Mini bar food items on bench next to stove cook - had to be moved for cooking. No dishcloth, just a sponge. Sink mixer hard to manage without splashing water. Very musty smell in the room, like wet socks - perhaps the room hadn't been used for a while as the smell improved the longer we lived in the room.

Staff were not over friendly. Greeting would have been nice.the lady on the Sunday was lovely though. The hallway smelt of cigarette smoke coming into the room.

- The room was clean, big enough for 2 people. The important part was that the reception person assisted me to check-in earlier than the normal check-in time. Due to my circumstances, I had to check in early otherwise, Iwaas unable to check until 10-11 PM when reception will be close and out of check-in time. I appreciate his help.- The location was great, quiet, however , if you have a car, that would be great as it is far from CBD or other suburbs. - However, there are shops around and cafe but not have a chance to try as they were mostly close due to Easter holidays.- The car park was free, lots of car park available but after 8-9 PM lots of car parks (closer to the hotel) will be occupied. But still there are heaps of car park.- Bed was comfy, shower was great and clean.

Room was nice and big, very clean. The bed was comfortable big shower which was great. Great location near lots of bars and pubs nearby.

Our original room was beautiful and as per what we had book.

The Airco stopped working 9pm on night 2 and we had to down grade to a smaller room in the middle of the night Compensated $50 for 2 nights which probably looking back isn’t a fair off set given we paid almost $700 per night for our original room

They took $150 bond then it takes up to 7 days to get it back which is not good enough

location was good. Rooms well set up.

The whole 3rd floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Bed heads in room were stained/dirty.

Nice and close to the shops and train in Port Adelaide. Was comfortable and clean. Will stay again.
