Location and rooms were large and generally well appointed.

Bathroom a little dated but working. Coffee in the restaurant included in the breakfast was very average

Great location in centre. Very helpful staff. Excellent room. It was a 2 bedroom suite Very relaxed atmosphere.

All I would remark here is on limited common , dining and entertainment space. Very few add on facilities.

The location was excellent. 5 minute walk to Rundle Mall. A great City for walking around to all places of interest.

TV didn’t work for Netflix etc even though the staff tried to fix. Local channels were okay.

The breakfast was good with almost everything we could think of. Yogurt could be offered without sugar and some includes top notch coffee.Amazing to find washing machines available for guests

A large room with the usual tea/coffee facilities. Brilliant location!

Air conditioning didn't seem to work and we didn't like the small fixed shower arrangement.

Huge room with a very comfortable bed and perfect location.

We travelled to experience TDU, so the location couldn't have been more perfect. The studio suite was more than enough room for two people, luggage and bikes. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The lifts aren't great - pending upgrades.

Very friendly staff, clean, tidy and spacious rooms, great location in the city.

Bad smell of sewage in lobby area. Lifts are under maintenance with a limit of 300kg per lift.l and no stair access from lobby. Needed to park in the UPark behind the hotel but no direct access - need to walk around the block. But all in all was still a great and comfortable stay despite these inconveniences.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and very spacious suites. Reception was generous with late checkout time.

There is a smell of sewage in the lobby area (but not in rooms). Lifts are presently under maintenance with a limit of 3 persons or 300kg max and there are no accessible stairs from the lift/lobby area. We also reserved a king suite, but when we got to our room it was made up as two seperate single beds despite being checked in as a king suite (we just put up with it because we checked in late at night).

Mantra has a high standard of comfort, cleaniness and friendly staff I have become familiar with, which I grateful for. We stayed in a suit and it's was perfect. We have food facilities and large bedroom and large bedroom. Coming from Canberra we have brought a lot of gear with us and the space allowed us to become securite within the suit. Thank you Mantra, we really enjoyed our stay.

Location, room size, cleanliness in room each day.

Broken down lift and amount of people in lift made it frustrating at times.We had a hire car and parking out the front was cut in half due to roadworks about to begin, making it hard to get a car spot outside or within neighbourhood block

Room was nice, great location and had an omelette bar for breakfast.

The lift kept breaking down without an alternative staircase to use. People had to queue for ages and felt very uncomfortable getting in it, felt unsafe. Staff gave mixed messages about it, some saying they had maintenance coming out and some claiming it was working fine.

Location was central to our needs, walking distance to entertainment and restaurants.

I cannot fault this hotel!!! We now stay there every time we go to Adelaide. The staff are super friendly and the facilities are fantastic considering the low price

Location, the room was clean and friendly reception staff.

Website included breakfast and car parking, but did not mention about additional fee for these services. We knew about this extra fee only after check out. The staff also did not mention about this during check in. Despite we asked for room service, for which they said no, but did not made it clear that we had to book in seperately for breakfast. And the car parking was not so convenient, as we had luggages.

Location was fantastic, room was nice and bed was comfortable.

Gym was very small with very little equipment.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. I loved the location, it was lovely overlooking Hindmarsh Square and so close to everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh with great staff.
