Adelaide Caravan Park - Aspen Holiday Parks

We were apprehensive about staying in a city centre park but were pleasantly surprised by our overall experience. Cabin was roomy, clean and quiet. All staff interactions were excellent, friendly and helpful. My boys loved going on the bike trail.

My only recommendation is to give pool waterline tiles a good scrub, being a lifeguard in the past, this caught my attention.

The Adelaide Caravan Park is about 1/2 hour walk through to the city which we found was good. Also the Botanic Gardens are quite close - 20 mins. walk.

We were disappointed that the unit was quite dark. Also no wine glasses in the kitchen and no hair dryer in the bathroom.Other camping parks have always had these supplied. The floors were not clean when we arrived and had to do it ourselves.

Great location, close to CBD, neat and tidy Park. Cabin was nice and had everything we needed. Friendly staff. A little coffee shop just a couple of minute walk away. Kids playground and park next door.

The location was perfect for us, easy walk through the Botanic Gardens to the Zoo & into Rundle Street Mall. Great cafe 2 mins walk away & plenty of great dining options a short walk away. The cabin was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a few days stay. We are repeat customers & look forward to returning next time we are in Adelaide. Staff are friendly and helpful

Convenient location, better size than a motel room.

Stayed for 4 nights, would have liked cpl extra towels . Bathroom and kitchen taps need servicing. 2 seater lounge was noticeably dirty. Everything thing else quite clean. Cheers

Quite location Not far from the cityLoved the walking trail but would have been nicer if it wasn’t 40°c but it’s summertime!

Some little ants kept getting onto the kitchen bench but not a problem really

Nice quiet location. Easy walk to the zoo, botanic gardens and the city centre. Good size budget cabins with everything you need. We had the resident possums visit us too. Kids loved it

Central to CBD

Upon arrival, the television remained logged into a previous occupant’s Netflix account, with the interface set to a different language. There were also ongoing difficulties connecting to the Wi-Fi network. We were advised by caravan park staff that the park was fully booked at the time, which may have impacted network availability and performance.

Cabin bathroom was a little squishy.Couldn't fault it otherwise.

We were very surprised because the refrigerator was much smaller than what was shown in the photos at the time of booking. Because of the small fridge, we had to go out and buy food several times over the six days we stayed.

Spacious and clean cabin with everything you need for just a few nights, great location not far from the city centre.

Would like more activity’s for kids. Was only the pool. But he a great park next door

Location is great close to the city and Torrens We had the big family cabin two toilets and showers so that was a luxury we’re not use to with cabins.

The room was dusty and the window was locked open I couldn’t close the window. Important as our family gets lots of mosquito bites

Absolutely fantastic little gem, great location, clean & fresh cabins, perfect for our family of four, bonus we were able to check in early after receiving a text our room was ready, a sigh of relief as our daughter had dental surgery the morning before checking in, & the reason we were staying 2 & a half hours from home.

No gate access or footpath from caravan park to playground located behind

On arrival the reception staff were fantastic and caravan park is close to the city for appointments.

We stayed in cabin 412. The cabin itself was fine, but the floor was dirty when we arrived. Other issue was cabins 305, 306 & 307 didn't seen to have any respect for the other people staying in the cabins nearby as they were sitting outside drinking and kids yelling and screaming till nearly midnight. Wasn't a pleasant stay.
