Moderate .The front desk receptionist was very helpful. She gave us extra utensils. Many thanks to her.

No microwave

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.

Even though I did the online pre check in, it still took a long time to check in... Fridge in the room didn't work but was not a game changer.

My room wasn't clean. Mould and hair in bathrooms.

Location and cleanliness.

Too expensive for the room. Shower wasn't great. Too dark in room. Not worth the money.

1. The main bed in the room was just 2 single beds put together 2. The carpet was in very bad condition 3. The roof in the bathroom had something all over itI think that's not acceptable for the price I paid

A quiet and friendly place with an old school country feel. . The staff are great, and Cheryl made me feel like a local. Meals are available in the hotel bar, and they have some good weekly specials.Would stay here again if I was in the area.

The location was fine and I only used it as a stop over for one night before going home.

The bathroom needs a little update but other than that, it was fine

The fan in the both room was tuned off at the power point and was too high to turn on

The bed was not great. Nice to sit on but sleeping wasn't the best. Both myself and husband woke very sore

Staff - just tops - absolutely lovely, couldn't fault. Complimentary water and earbuds also appreciated.Reduced rate on meals that were also delicious.

Bathroom a little outdated and climbing stairs up to rooms.

Plenty of on-site parking, quick drive to get downtown Adelaide, fluffy towels, comfy beds, Aircon worked well in our room. 10% discount of meals when dining in and good variety and specials - we enjoyed eating in the bar for dinner each evening. Staff were all very friendly and happy to recommend activities of interest. Our Family studio for 4 people was more generous in size than photos and reviews suggested. Earplugs offered however minimal road noise or noise from bar below heard overnight on weekend.

only one bedside lamp provided for 4 beds. shower water pressure weak but temperature adequate. One uninvited guest tried to gain entry to our room one night however unsuccessful. Would have liked the option of continental breakfast (eg self service in bistro) at extra charge for convenience. For awareness there are stairs to access accommodation rooms. No lift.

The breakfast met the needs of my family Tracy & Aandrew BowdenI always bring fresh fruit & reall enjoy a peice of toast

If the single room I occupied had a Toaster

Staff where amazing food exceptional Room needed to be updated but the bed was so comfortable made up for the the threaded carpet and one towel for two people but I’m sure if we asked for another towel we would have got one

Liz in restaurant was awesome. Kelly was really helpful in regard to the almost ubiquitous issue of requiring physical card for room damage security (who carries a card these days??)

Issue 1: The requirement to have a physical card to actually check in. This is so redundant and embarassing when the room is paid beforehand, payment forms are via paywave. Change the system! I could have paid a $100 for a beer and got the unused amount (i.e. no damage) the next day but "the system" didnt permit that. Issue 2: photos of the room were clickbait. Whilst bed was great, the room was NOT what was in the photos online.

The staff were welcoming, the room was constantly clean and just overall good place to stay. Hotel is located well, within walking distance to facilities nearby.

Package breakfast is convenient, you could have them while you're check-in and it also had 3-4 different options which is nice.

The bed was clean & comfortable. The bathroom clean. It's ok for a overnight stay. (If your deaf or able to sleep through anything)

The vanity area was very small, the shower kept going hot to cold & no matter how i tried to regulate it, it wouldn't stay a set temperature. I had to drive to Melbourne the next day, so I asked for a quiet room. I'm sure they tried to provide, but was woken at 11.30pm by next door going at it like rabbits for a few hours, hence the knocking of the bed against the wall & loud groaning noises..not the hotels fault, but has put me off staying there again. Then I heard late guest going down the hall to their room. To noisy for me.

Great location, not too far to any tourist spot, great restaurant.

Toilet was stinky. We have to clean again.Room is not as our requested bed arrangement.
