We love everything. I would like to suggest it is best that the apartment has rice cooker for asian guests, brown sugar for coffee, salt, and mineral water for sale. The staff has an excellent customer service. Thank you so much for the lovely and comfortable place. God Bless you all.

Comfortable, easy to access, quiet, plenty of room, close to plenty of restaurants, hotels etc and an IGA for groceries. Washing macjhine and dryer. Comfrotable lounge. Small balcong but no view fom room102.

A standard room really has no view; a superior on the higher floors would be better. No plug for the hand basin. Water runs out from the shower onto the bathroom floor. $25 per day parking even for a few hours is very much on the expensive side.

For just one night for 5 people it suited us fine, close to airport. Only one bathroom but it really was just a place to sleep before flying out that was reasonable divided between 5 people.Clean and had a balcony for us smokers

great position, restaurants and cafe"s within 200 metres, walking distance (20 minutes) into CBD. 20 minutes drive to airport.Underground parking for $ 25/day as minimal street parking.

It’s spacious and in a good location closed to groceries, cafes, restaurants, bus stop.

Loved the space and size of the apartment, the bedroom was a generous size with plenty of room for my suitcases. The drawers in the wardrobe were very helpful as I was there for a week, it meant not having to fish around in my suitcases.Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and a dryer was great.Enjoyed the nespresso machine, starter pack of tea, coffee and milk as well.Location to nearby shops was a bonus.

Doors being left to slam shut whenever people left or entered the neighbouring apartments, it was so loud!The parking - very limited if you're parking on the road. Be aware there is a parking fee on the horizontal parks.An egg slice/fish slice would be a helpful addition

The double bed is terrible when the other person moves nearly throws you out of the bed. And lounge furniture worn and sagging.

All facilities available, very clean, friendly staff, great stay.

Home away from home. lovely rooms, staff are so friendly and welcoming , i've been flying in every week trying to get mum into a nursing home and always book here for a bit of a break - one less thing to worry about. love staying here, no complaints whatsoever

Neat, tidy, clean apartment with balcony. Overall would recommend.

Good location, safe , secure & clean.

Few utensils & crockery if wanting to self- cater. Tumble dryer seemed bit temperamental as stayed on longer than should.

Comfortable beds, good price. Clean though a bit run down.

Stayed in room 203 2 bedroom apartment. No chopping board, power point in bathroom doesn’t work. One bedroom has a/c the other doesn’t and that room the window doesn’t open either. The a/c in the lounge was pretty weak.

The unit was right next door to overflowing rubbish bins. The smell was horrendous, we couldn’t sit outside. Consequently that made for flies in the unit. Also went to use some cutlery and that had dried food on it. The unit really needs a good deep clean.

The double bed was so small it made our stay not good as we couldn’t sleep good at all needs to be a queen bed in there at least ! Everything else was good

The balcony! Was nice to sit out there each morning and have brekky. The view from the balcony was amazing. Grant was also a pleasure to deal with.The surrounding area was nice a quiet. Bus stop not far away. Got used to the bus routes in the end.

Kitchen floor was a bit sticky. Had noisy people above that made noise from morning to midnight. A fan or something in the second bedroom would be good as it was hot in there and the window cannot be opened.My fault for not reporting it until checkout, but the aircon in the living area didn’t seem to be working as normal so relied on the aircon from the other bedroom to cool down the place.
