Location, clean room and bar. Friendly staff

No flaws to note

The front reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed comfortable

Guests in the next room talking very loudly from roughly 8.45 until I finally fell asleep at 10.30 but that's not on the staff

Was clean and cozzy

Was one angry bar tender lady. Was rude and flipped of a few people.

Facilities were beyond our expectations b 3 bedroom apartment was roomy and spacious. We had plenty of room to prepare food in kitchen. The grassed area had plenty of room for grandkids to run.

Food was good

It was very noisy people at 2:30 am and air conditioning in other rooms could be heard I stayed in room 2 and could not sleep because of television in the next room

Prince, location and staff.

The fact that the rooms need upgrading, we had a light switch that didn't work and some mould in the bathroom. Also no breakfast included anymore and the neighbours cars parked everywhere, had trouble getting through and noise half the night so couldn't sleep properly. Also wasn't happy that our room on 1 occasion was left unlocked after cleaning. Also would be so much better with a microwave and toaster seeing how you don't supply breakfast anymore.

bed is a little too soft but that’s just my opinion and didn’t change my mind on my overall stay! it was good for what we paid :)

Would be good if there was a breakfast option....And a little more non tap water for the kettle :)

The price went up half way thru our stay due to demand!!

Just the outdoor table and desk

Curtain was not collectable, indoor bulb loghting was not enough at all, the mattress was so bad so that i got back pain, windows are dirty

Staff were lovely at reception the man, Dang was lovely. Beds were comfortable

Rooms didnt match the website and the place needs a bit of work done. Was really disappointed with my meal at the hotel but loved the salad bar

The location was good in relation to where we were visiting family.

Smoke from people smoking outside the rooms could be smelt inside our room. Also when we returned to our room the first evening there was a car with two dogs unrestrained inside who were barking like crazy at us and escaped from the car. We made it safely inside our room but didn’t dare go outside again that evening. The dogs barked for some time during the night.

All as expected, as I have stayed here many times.

Beds made in the conventional way, instead of an encapsulated quilt. this would suit me better as I could adjust my level of comfort.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff, bus stop outside and only 10 minutes walk to train station, there is a nice pub with good food on the premises. Ideal for being near Henley Beach and transport links to Adelaide City.

Huge stains on bed sheets, awful. If it’s like that, please just throw it away and get a new one, or you will scare the customer away. No microwave.

Room 3 was ok and beds were very soft and comfy and the room service was excellent and the meals were good.

There was no table in room 3 had to use the table from outside the room toilet flush button in room 3 kept on sticking. Bed sheets were to small for the size of the bed and driveway need real attention to fix up the big potholes.
