Staff were extremely helpful and friendly !!Room was basic but clean

We booked after looking on your web page and it indicated a Dinning romm when we arrived were told that they don,t have one any more which was a shame s we would have eaten onsite rather than going else were.

Clean room good set up for what I needed

Only down side for me was the timber floors were noisy with foot sets from room next to me but other then that can’t fault the place

good location for my needs at the time. Close to food places. Room was clean. Staff very helpful. I left an item in my room and they posted it to me at no charge.

Meals not available at the hotel

room reset when we arrived back after a day out.cleaning staff assisted promptly when needed. cleaners not informed of number of guests so had to make up another bed on arrival.the size of the space.comfortable beds.easy access out of hours.mostly clean.

free drink voucher on arrival. only up to $10 was not stated on the card, beer was $10.50, could not use the dollar from second drink voucher when drink was $9. it stated free beer, wine, or soft drink. suggest to waive 50c. i was forced to pay the difference.miscommunication between bookings and staff who service the rooms.shower cubicle was not properly clean. hair on the wall and slimy something or other in the corners on the floor.shower screen does not contain water from toilet area.conditioner bottle quite empty.no face washers.on our last visit, we were greeted with breakfast boxes. it was disappointing to see this changed.condiment to guest ratio. 4 guests 2 mini milks 2 water bottles.these might seem like small things but after travelling for 6 hours and arriving in the late PM, these things would have been helpful to make our stay more enjoyable.

The room was clean and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a little awkward to maneuver due to its size but was manageable.

The location suited my requirements, close to my visiting venues. Shopping close by which suited my needs too.the hotel and parking were excellent.

Nothing to say, all was good.

One room had flying bugs and one had bugs crawling in the bed

Not really anything, it was what I expected.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. We could log in to streaming services.

Room: Very small. Bathroom was incredibly tiny. Wash basin was in the room, not the bathroom.

Cleanliness, staffs was friendly and service was great.

Shower screen leaking out of the door perhaps need attention.

Customer service especially by the night manager and bar staff was exemplary.

Electricity issues experienced

The staff were lovely - all staff were friendly and helpful. I received a free coffee and Tim Tams on my arrival. The room was quite and comfortable - the bed was great. I liked having the bar downstairs so I could grab an alcholic beverage and snack. The free safe parking is a real bonus!

The room I was alocated had an old air conditioner, which really needs replacing. The bed lights were not working and one was snapped off when I arrived. This was fixed during my stay - for which I was grateful. The bathroom is a bit on the TINY side - but it's all ok and functional - good pressure and hot water. The TV worked well and the free wifi was fast.

The room was clean and secure from the rest of the pub, so minimal foot traffic/disturbances were had making for a peaceful night's sleep. The room was warm but not overly heated, facilities were all working, and I was even able to watch a movie and order room service.

I ordered sweet potato chips and received normal chips, which I didn't mention because I didn't want to make the owner do the trip up and down the stairs twice. She's a lovely woman, and these are honest mistakes that happen- i like normal chips, too, and it still got the spot.

Clean and neat room, very comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, easy access, simple to check in and out. Enjoyed the stay.

Very cheap place you get whatbyou pay for. Its not amazing but its not bad either. If your on a budget its fine.

The sink was blocked and when moved to another room that second room had been used. We were put in a third room they gave us extra drink cards so no big deal to me.

Beds comfy, water pressure was good, good heating, liked how we got 2 lots of $10 to spend at the accomadation. Once manager came she was nice and helpful. All staff members were nice. Liked how plenty of bowls, plates, cups to use. The tiny kettle was soo cute.

Smelt lik dust, walls and windows weren't clean, shower door wouldnt shut, floor gets drenched while showering, when one of us showered hot water was cold(assuming due to other ppl showering at hotel at same time) as wen other people in our rm showered they had no issues with the hot water. Was a little sad when we arrived and was expecting a playground for the kids just to be told it dont exist even though the website shows pictures of it. Didn't like how long we had to wait for the manager to sign us into our accomadation we kept getting told she be here soon.

Plenty of room being a large suite.

Internet and network issues consumed me most of my night.Good shower.
