Great location, beautiful asthetic, great cleanliness

Hotel location is good, reasonable clean, welcoming reception staff are good.

asked for more water in the room, was told to pay $6 a bottle, housekeeping staff forgot to make up the room after we left, the hotel feels dated, nothing feels like 5 stars, the photos on the webite did a good sales job for the hotel, but be aware the hotel does not feel the same way showing in photos.

Its location

The fact that the room had a stairs to get to the bed get the bathroom is downstairs, it was very inconvenient and rather worrying to use in the middle of the night.

Quality of the room itself was 5 star level, staff were extremely helpful and were quick to respond to any request. Location in walking distance to center of CBD and great dining choices

We had a very comfortable room with large bed. The bathroom was closed off and private and had everything we could have wanted eg excellent lighting, soft towels, hot shower. The bed was extremely comfortable, side lights, very dark at night with little or no street noise. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The loft suite is exceptional every detail was on point from the carpet to the bathroom tiles and even the tap ware, everything about this room screams luxury, relaxation and decadence

The beauty of this hotel was sadly overwritten but the rudeness and snobbery of the staff (not all but 50/50) from the second I walked inside the looks I was given. His choice of wording. Tone and delivery and lack of warmth during check in had me feeling like I was less then and not deserving to be in attendance my experience throughout the stay with all other staff members bar 2 was very much of the vibe. Could have been exceptional but all the best finishings in the world cant fix the distaste of bad customer service

A stunning room.. interiors are thoughtful and attractive, it has a great view and a fabulous spa bath to boot.. one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.. (amazing staff too ??)

Good hotel room with comfy bed, hot shower and block out blinds. Short walk to Hindley Street restaurants.

The property was beautifully finished with thought in all the details. Everything was sparkling clean and the furnishings felt opulent and luxurious. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!

I wasn’t planning on spending this amount of money however it is comparable in price to skycity EOS and of the same caliber with the advantage The Playford has is an indoor pool and spa.

Loft room was spacious and well appointed. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a good choie.

Our room was upgraded to this amazing suite with street views & balcony! The room was equipped with all amenities and more! The decor was superb! Thank you

no onsite parking, it's across the road and is not included in your stay

This is a truly exceptional hotel. From the minute we arrived the experience was amazing. The location makes it very easy to get around the city. The welcome chocolate drink is a big tick as well. If we are in Adelaide again, we will be staying here!!

This stunning hotel was a fabulous find ! We absolutely loved It’s truely beautiful interior! The Art Deco inspired building was Stunning and very comfortable . They also offer a delicious breakfast . Centrally located with everything at your door step ! It is a true GEM ! We will be back ! Thank You x

Buffet breakfast was lovely. The facilities were very clean and hygienic.

Airport transfers by the hotel would have made the experience more comfortable and easier.

The breakfast was amazing! We liked luma bar too. The housekeeping service was fast. Easy check in and the carpark was handy.

The air-conditioning was freezing, we couldn't get warm or change our room temp so had to turn it off which was disappointing.

Really comfortable bed and the interiors of the hotel were really beautiful. Very clean rooms and replaced water and towels every day.

Breakfast wasn’t included and was pretty expensive to add on. The sauna wasn’t working.

Great location great service as always friendly staff

Rooms are clean and beautifully appointed. Staff were helpful and happy. The restaurant has a small but delicious menu. Will stay here again next time I’m in Adelaide.
