Proximity walking distance to Glenelg town centre

The person in the adjacent room was a domestic violence tenant and at night her and her young daughter were noisy late at night. Five rooms near us were homeless tenants

Convenient location

The street it was on seemed to turn into a drag strip at night so was extremely noisy. The bathroom is very dated, some of the light bulbs in the room needed replacing, the room wasn’t serviced and there were cobwebs in the room.

Well located on bus route to airport and near to Glenelg attractions. Bed was very comfortable

WiFi was patchy, possibly due to us being in a room at the very end of the building

Very old and shabby, no microwave in the room, would have been at its best in the 70's

Very poor unmaintained room, stayed one night and rebooked elsewhere for the rest of the stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom size was very good. Big mirror so ideal for a shave and well lit.

The bathroom needs a renovation as it is clearly showing its age. TV could not show all channels due to signal strength of ALL Channel 7 stations not working. (bit difficult if this is the channel telecasting the cricket!) No fault of their own, but not having the trams operate was not ideal during renovation.

Nothing, it was filthy, bins not emptied, smelt bad.

The fat the place was disgraceful carpet is disgustingly dirty and the walls need a serious wash, the bin was over flowing and there was hair in the shower.

Location was good.

Rooms were dated. Bathrooms old. Shower wasn't great.

Nice and tidy, good distance to where we needed to go and the pool was a plus as it was very hot when we stayed. Air conditioning in the room worked very well also.

We have stayed here a few times and love the location and value for money. Check-in and check out always easy.

Dirty! Bathroom mirror not clean,carpets dirty and worn,lumps in carpet,dirty marks on carpet .. skirting boards dusty and the whole place in need of a paint.

Room first given the AC did not work a d it was a 42 degree day, though staff sorted that out by moving our room. New room AC worked but the room was not clean. Bathroom did not look as though it had been cleaned properly. Have stayed here a few tines and don't expect the 4 or 5 star hotel but this was pretty poor this tine round and think I will definitely pay the extra for better and cleanliness.

Discussing room. Way overpriced for...

It is so rundown and dirty. A lot of broken hand rail. Ceiling in shower just patched up. Carpet disgusting. This place needs a total refit!!!!Months of dust on the walls!!!!!! Every repair is just a very poor patch up.
