Comfort Inn Glenelg

Close to where we had to be.Good value

May be a little dated

Location is awesome, the staff couldn't do enough such lovely staff who went out of their way and gave awesome eating and things to do suggestions

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable.

Could have had a mat on the floor next to the bed!

Bed was fairly comfortable and close to facilities we needed

Air con not working and loose light fittings

Clean

Someone next door was smoking dope and the smell was very strong in our bathroom we had to keep the door closed not a good thing when I have a pregnant daughter and a 10 year old with me.

Very tired facilities, could do with a good clean and update. Particularly fixing the broken curtains, cleaning the moulding grout, changing the shower curtain, cleaning the cobwebs and spiders in the bathroom.

Location and facilities

Neighbours having a party, banging on doors, yelling and laughing after 1am would not stay here again

Great location right in the heart of the place but still quiet. My only issue was the usual too soft pillows. Lovely hostess, nice to have some human contact, easy parking. Nice clean rooms.

eep forgetting.Just the pillows, I should take my own but k

Not much

Fridge was open with towels issues leaking room had terrible smell, the maintenance person came in after i called and made a complaint. room had no cutlery which he also provided. floors in the bathroom where very dirty. when i had the tag on my door to be made up this was not done when returned back after work. very disappointing.

Comfy bed. Ease of check in. Great shower. Clean and spacious room

Not a fan of the keypad to get in, although I know this can’t be changed. I stayed for 2 nights - no turndown service

Easy to get to; convenient for the airport

Felt very basicNo microwaveNo bowls, plates or cutleryCouldn't open a windowA bit noisy with other guest's vehicles

Room was Clean. Bed was excellent.

Hot and cold water extremely difficult to regulate.I believe the rooms wet area need and urgent upgrade, remove old spar etc...

Close to the airport.Room has all you possibly need.Parking on the site. Quiet room.

Took some effort to check-in late in the evening.Vent grill requires cleaning.

Tram down the end of the road, can go into the city or hop on and go down Jetty Road to the beach. Can walk to Jetty Road not that far if no walking problems. Not to far from shopping centres. Very convenient.

Cheep and cheerful. Good for a short stay only. Rooms are a little dated, but they are trying to modernise.

Location was close to Glenelg & airport

Hard to turn car around in carpark

Great location, new coded door entry so no key to worry about

No plates or cutlery in room only 2 teaspoons.
