Nightcap at Watermark Glenelg

The convenience of being directly located with the dining which was really good service and quality.

Only one complaint was there were no towels in the room upon arrival other than that a very happy stay.

Location and Staff were excellent.

Paying too much for the room, but i think thats because of the location and maybe timing of the trip. Wont stay there again even though the staff were amazing.

Easy check in and pub on your doorstep for dinner and drinks. I thought there would be noise but there was nothing. i had a great sleep and location was great.

It looked a bit shabby from the outside. But inside was renovated and was nicely furnished.

Neat and tidy

The property was booked in good faith via Booking.com. The booking was made because of the offer that it was cancellable without penalty up to 24 hours before arriving. The staff from Watermark called me multiple times in the months before the stay to harass me for payment. I followed all of the requirements of the website yet they threatened to cancel my booking months before the stay. I relented and paid early. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. They also wanted to work outside booking.com to breach their rules. They should removed from the platform for unconscionable conduct.

Rooms were well kept and the staff are lovely. Unfortunately you hear absolutely everyone in the room. If you book here, you will sleep terrible. You hear everything in the hallway, on the street and in rooms next to yours.

Bed uncomfortable pillows terrible bugs in the main bed floors dirty kids even found chocolate under the couch

Room was neat and tidy. Loved the little bag of lollies and pretzels. And a bonus little balcony was nice

The buffet restaurant floor was covered in food serviettes Cutlery everywhere. Food was average.

Very comfortable. Great proximity to everything, especially the fabulous buffet at the watermark. Wished we lived closer to so we could go more often.

It was a very noisy place, lots of banging and general noise from outside.

Location was just a short walk to the heart of Glenelg beach and Jetty Road. Also only a 15 minute drive to the airport. The hotel has a gret buffet.

Not much, actually, we paid a fortune for 2 nights in a very modest room, and I left my teddy bear behind. We called 20 mins after check out, and my friend was physically back there.. they would not open that laundry bag.They didn't even tell us they were using a laundry company ?. Teddy bear was lost in sheets, never to be SEEN again.I am still absolutely DEVASTATED ?
