- I was totally disappointed, the pictures show a super clean and bright rooms but they are dark and dull, the carpets are old and outdated. I was given a free upgrade that I never asked for and I was not told , and then charge the extra for the upgrade
- The staffs are friendly and willing to help.
- The hotel room was inexpensive and large

- The staff were rude, when I asked for the room I had booked and specifically wanted, I waI was told a complete bull of a story, in all I paid $--- for 3 nights I moved hotels and got a apartment at in the Oasis embassy I received 5 days 4 nights for $--
- Wi-Fi is unstable.
- The hotel room was older with antique appearing furniture/accommodations. The internet speed was really slow and data use restricted. No perks such as breakfast, in room safe or mini-fridge.

This hotel was not four stars and had the following: Ripped up carpet A shower that flooded the entire bathroom Stains on curtains Ripped curtains that would not close No toilet lid The front desk was also not there when I arrived and had to wait.
