Everyone was nice

Location was great, room was comfortable and so was the bed

Housekeeping was not great, the room was not always clean when I got back to it in the afternoon.

Separate bedroom with bifold doors in place....bed was roomy and comfortable. Kitchen just right with enough amenities. Bigger fridge as well. Bathroom fine for our needs. Staff superb in their customer service. Good sense of humor....both of them. Would recommend 100%. Closet in bedroom with safe and shelves perfect. No clutter anywhere.

Carpet and couch a little tired - but fine for our needs. Not a lot wrong with our apartment.

The apartment was nice and sufficient for two people.Location is great.

The apartment was cleaned a couple of times during our stay. Bathroom floor was left dirty every time, looked like it was poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all.During the last cleaning our hand towels were collected, but new ones were not provided. We had to check out at 4 a.m., and no staff was on duty. This would have been fine if the lift had been working.LIFT WASN'T WORKING!!! WE HAD TO DRAG OUR LUGGAGE DOWN FIVE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!!!!

For what l paid , the room was large and clean thankyou

The whole debacle getting a electronic "key" out of hours. The system wouldn't issue me a valid key. (Tried at least 6 times) Required security to let me in. After a 4hr flight l spent, just shy of 1 hour trying to get to my room. A system showing the receptionist on the phone what's being punched in would help. It was lucky l didnt have any where else to go at 11+pm. As security told me not to leave the room as there was no way back in unless l called for them again...It wasn't a smooth check in. Will admit the room made up for the issues..Note the bed closest to the shower had a massive dip in it. Couldn't sleep. The bed closest to the window was much better.ThankyouWill come again. But hope the reception is open on my next visit as disnt lile the digital key thing....

Great location, very nice large clean room with kitchen facilities, perfect if you don’t have a car.

I didn’t like the fact the hotel doesn’t have parking. It was my own fault, I saw parking listed under facilities and just presumed it was on site and made the booking. Later I found tucked away further down the page it lists the parking as Wilson’s Parking, a 5-7 minute walk away at an extra $26 a day. We found it really inconvenient as on a weekend especially the parking gets full and it’s hard to find a park. We didn’t like having to drag all our bags through the streets on arrival and departure. Also be aware that the parking has a low 2m height restriction which we just scraped in with our Prado. The car spaces are very narrow so difficult to find an appropriate space. On the morning of departure after leaving our room early (6:30 am) found we couldn’t re access our room or go up to the reception on the first floor to return our key card as it had deactivated our card for the room and elevator.Fortunately we hadn’t left anything in the room.

Great location right in the city center, very friendly staff, even got an upgrade and super clean!

Unfortunately it was very loud.I think there were road works or something going on nearby.My partner only got a couple of hours sleep

Foyer was under construction so it looked quite dirty when first arrived

This accommodation is centrally located and was clean and tidy. There is a basic kitchenette and there are washing machine and dryer at the facility. Staff were helpful for any questions.

They are replacing the elevators at the moment so this causes a bit of noise and takes a while sometimes for the elevator to come.

Wonderful location, convenient to everything. Very nice facility, comfortable and spacious apartment. Enjoyed our stay very much. Really appreciated the guest laundry.

Great location. Easy check-in process.Cute little kitchen and lounge. Nice toiletries.

Bathroom needs an exhaust fan and maybe some emergency sanitary items.

Location great (8/10 minute walk from the conference venue). Centrally located to shops , city etc. Great having our own space and cooking facilities.

A view would have been lovely . More crockery , cutlery so that we didnt need to wash up before we ate again.Reception was a bit bit and miss . Some staff were very pleasant, others weren't. Particular mention of Jason who couldn 't have been more helpful . Check in online and using phone was not accessible to us . We were fortunate in that we arived just before 8pm. Noticed another couple later who had just arrived from overseas and had to wait a very long time before security arived.

The bed was very comfortable. Everything was adequate in the room.

The lounge in our room was very uncomfortable and needed to be replaced. There was only 2 of everything so you had to wash cutlery and other kitchen items after you used them. There was only 1 satchel of washing up liquid. The lift was getting upgraded so there was only 1 out of 3 lifts working. The workmen started work at 6.30am on the Monday morning which was noisy and woke us. We were only told about the work on the lifts after we booked, which I feel should have been revealed before we booked. Across the road was another building that was being refurbished as well. Not very relaxing start to our holiday.

Very central, clean and plenty of room. Great place to stay.

The hotel did not alert me that the entire lobby was under construction. The hotel was dusty, noisy, and dirty. There was mold in my bathroom. I ended up leaving early. The staff was very understanding and accommodating and understood how uncomfortable the experience was. The hotel may improve when the construction is over.

I Liked the size of the room and bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was well fitted out and convenient.

The construction of a building across the street woke us up in early hours of morning. The manager explained that the council has tried to stop that, but hasn't been successful.

Being on a main road and across the road from a Building under Construction Works was very noisy and the building was being worked on in the early hours of the morning making it very hard to sleep.
