Location. Central Market, Mall and free trams and buses all within 10 minutes walk.

Location is a walking distance to the central market, victoria square, bus stops, trams. Facility is well-design functions, equipped with useful life machines, pantries and kitchenware. Bed and pillows are very comfort.

Location is good, short walk away from pretty much everything in the CBD. The room was well presented and clean.

I would have loved to cooked some food in the morning but the small vent I was afraid I might set off fire alarms, I chose to just eat out everyday. This is just nitpicking at most. Didn't ruin the experience and stay at all.

The gym could do with more weights

Great location, across the street from the bus station where the ferry bus picks you up. Only about 10 minutes from airport as well. Staff was very helpful, especially when we were having issues late at night with the laundry. Good room to spread out - we had 2 bedrooms & 2 baths plus living & kitchen.

The dryers in the unit take way too long. Our clothes were in for over 90 minutes & they were still VERY wet! We finally had to use the units on the ground floor. Thankfully they worked much better & were also free (but irritating that you have to go downstairs plus all the baskets are broken).

Our second stay (before & after Kangaroo Island). First time we had 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. This time was 2 bedrooms & only 1 bath (I booked the same room twice, so no idea why the difference). Good location near restaurants & not far from the airport. Staff friendly & helpful.

Again, terrible dryer so had to use units on ground floor. This time the washer also leaked.

Large suite very clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and assisted us with our baggage to our room.

No dislikes.

Modern nice clean and well-equipped apartment with good washing machine and dryer quiet although in middle of city block.

Nothing, we had everything we neeed.

The location is still fairly good

I booked a standard room with two beds on the website, but there was only one large bed in it. After the lady at the front desk helped us unwrap the mattress, we even needed to make our own sheets. It was really an outrageous accommodation experience.

Staff very friendly and I felt went out of their way to help me in small matters.

I had to think hard to find something to say. Occasionally I had to wait for the lift.

Location and wonderful staff Loved the balcony and peace n quiet.

Bathroom door gets in the way...maybe open other way?

THE rooms were clean and had adequate space for 3 of us. The location was fantastic easy assess to shops and food. Parking could have been closer or at the hotel location.

That the car park was not onsite but a walk through the bus station filled with so many undesirables. I was terrified …Room advertised as a balcony but don’t go on to say that your just about face to face with car park Bed terribly uncomfortable (mattress I should say) No tv in bedroom

Good location for everything in the CBD. Very clean and absolutely everything you would need was provided. Ideal for our early morning departure from the bus station.

Not keen on the wet room set up in the bathroom and constantly having to change the position of the door.

Large bright rooms.

Air Conditioning took a lomg time to cool the room down. We had to leave it running while we were out so that the room would be cool when we returned.

Good location near Her Majesty's Theatre and the Market. Comfortable bed, good shower. We were there on a hot day and the aircon was great. Had a room with a view west. If it had not been so hot we would have enjoyed the balcony.

Large comfortable apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked visiting the markets.

The bed felt like it was from the 70's every move made a noise.. uncomfortable and could feel the springs while laying on it
