Room we stayed in was in need of updating and painting. Not much going on for a winery other than the Pokies

Great location and nice garden with privacy from the world

No ceiling fans and small/ fiddle coffee station , also no Saturday/ Sunday breakfast which was advertised

I Had a situation that we forgot few items of clothing in the closet. Apparently staff didn,'t found it in the room. Not only that, but didn't have time to call me back and notify. Misery

The grounds are lovely. Affordable accommodation.

Well priced room and on ground floor

Quite noisy as the room was quite close to front office and gamblers smoking area.TV so small and not a smart tv either.No bedside lamps so had to turn lights on and off from switch at main door.Pipes were noisy after running water in hand basin.

Location was great for the purpose of our visit.Staff were great, fresh towels and room made up daily was excellent

The room was very outdated & not very clean. It was also very noisy - busy road, close to laundromat(?), other guests banging doors/running around/talking loudly until 2am (had to call reception who were great & sorted it out)

Heater functioned well on a very cold, rainy day

Lovely setting and nice size room and in a great location with plenty of facilties around.

Bathroom was a little tricky stepping in and out of the bath for a shower. Also no cutlery except 2 teaspoons.

Not what I expected .

We stayed in one of the older rooms that needed a bit more love. Staff were great when asked to help with air con and TV to get going. I naively didn't realise it was a pokies establishment. I need to be a more diligent reader.

The location and staff was nice

The photos to the room are false advertising. We booked based on the spa bath to the room advertised. Was nothing like the photo wouldn't even fit a full-grown adult.. spoke to staff upgraded our room to a suite for extra $20.Suite wasn't even cleaned prior to entry. Dirty linen on the bathroom floor, rubbish bin still full, room was not cleaned. Toilet, sink, bath etc.. Was disgusting and to top if off the jetts for the spa bath didn't even work! Worst stay yet. The rooms are very run down and dirty, mould throughout and water damage.

Room needs updating. Very tired. Very noisy location.

Not much

The bedding wasn't all clean. Doona wrapped with sheets instead of cover had bodily fluids on it so not washed. Don't think mattress protector had been changed either. Bed smelled of bug spray. Tv internet too slow to load and play movies.

This property is very tired and had no idea it sat in the middle of suburbia with a main road running passed the back of our unit. Feel booking.com mislead us on this accommodation

After 2 steps into the room past the air freshener all you could smell was stale cigarettes.Very loud all night with other guests banging, yelling, swearing.Staff were super friendly

I would not recommend anyone stay at this property. It was an unpleasant experience.

Overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Adjoining walkways also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Property was run down. One window wouldn’t close so the room was noisy given it is adjacent to a busy road.
