Location was good. Breakfast selection and volume was lacking

The fire alarm constantly going off

Friendly staff. Excellent location close to the ACC. Great walking tracks nearby River Torrens.

Bed was terrible. If you move any inch of the bed, the mattress creeks and groans. Disappointing, especially after a long day of conference. A good night sleep was hard to come by.

One of the rooms was not ready until 7.00pm ...was told parking was available for our mini bus..the height of parking was not suitable. Was told we could park out front whilst waiting to load bus but was told to move on How were we to load bus if we couldn't park.. group felt the staff were incompetent... Seemed we were getting wrong information ...

I didn't like the parking at all .. very on convenient.

Great location. Close to Adelaide Zoo and cafes.

The building is running down. The corridor carpet has an distinctive old carpet smell. The windows in the room didn't open (by design).

The staff were friendly and engaging. Lovely room for what we were looking for and the occasion that brought us to the location. Clean and updated. Wifi. Easy check in and out process. Would stay there again for sure.

I can't say that I personally noticed anything that I didn't like. It was a quick short trip and was more of a bed to sleep in and shower. The tv was just normal as in no smart tv but that was advertised so there was no disappointment for my stay personally. The lift to the different floors when it stopped it was a bit jerky but now I'm just being picky I'm sure.

Awesome location, easy to access the tram for an event at the Entertainment centre and great to be able to walk around the city.

The carpark is really tight, especially if you have a larger car. Other people were parked over lines leaving some carparks inaccessible.

Central location to my family who were staying at the intercontinental.

Stains on the carpet, coffee facilities were not good, step up to bathroom was an inconvenience. Just seemed outdated for the money I paid

The location is perfect for travellers.

The cleaning staff doesn't check the liquid. First example，In the first two days，the bottle of body wash liquid is empty. It was changed after I report to information desk. Then，we found the liquid soap for handwashing is also empty. We asked them to change five days later. I hope the cleaning staff can check the liquid regularly.

Close by everything we needed within the city

Unfortunately it wasn’t worth the $473 a night we paid, we couldn’t control the temperature in the room. The rooms were kinda outdated and small for a king room. Lucky we had the fan to keep us cooler. The carpet was dirty.

The room cleanliness was very poor. The hotel itself is very old and not maintained. The pictures on website are very different to what the actual rooms are.

Pedestal fans & electric heater indicate airconditioning / heating updoesn't work well.

No designated smoking area .. no option of air conditioner control it was 44 outside and muggy inside however the fan was good to have

Room was big, beds were comfortable & fridge in room.

Generally felt run down, notice in the lift suggests they are in the process of renovating. Bathroom has chipped paint on the ceiling. Air conditioning was near the door and felt like it didn’t have power to cool the whole room.

The room was basic, but comfortable. There were no windows you could look out, so it felt a bit dingy and there were columns blocking areas of the hallway, but otherwise it was comfortable and ok for the price.

Comfy beds, great location!
