Pros +
- Location & boutique quirky rooms.
- It was a great location close to the north terrace and museums. Kevin was extremely helpful.
- The room was so classy, clean and comfortable. But more than that Kevin at the front desk was outstanding! He was so accomodating and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. I have a fear of going in elevators. He came with me, showed my room and even came up and brought me back down the day of departure. 10/10
Cons -
- Only the fact that demolition occurring next door...cant be helped
- I had one of the cheap apartments, at the back of the building so it tended to be a little lacking in natural light due to surrounding buildings but it was great value for money due to all the other positive aspect. I would stay there again if I visit Adelaide
- The bathroom was tiny and awkward and we would have liked a bathtub.

Location is the best near shopping area. Easy to walk to Adelaide Zoo. Wi-Fi ok
Reception staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Location was perfect. In CBD so easy walking distance to many tourist attractions and near multiple choices of public transport which enabled access to almost everything, for little or no cost. It is an iconic and historic building & my apartment decor was of good quality & in keeping with the character of the building but with modern kitchen & bathroom.

We loved the little balcony, and the ashtray provided is so much more likely to be respected than prohibition...The location was exceptionally central to everything we wanted to do in a weekend. Great furnishings and view of old church across the street.
The bathroom was tiny and awkward and we would have liked a bathtub.
Kevin was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the check in/out process. The location is right off Rundle Mall, perfect for shopping, good restaurants and supermarkets, as well as tram/bus stops. Our room was very clean and comfortable, I highly recommend staying here!
The location was great.
The bed was uncomfortable. Couldn't leave the window open at night it was too noisy. Also, the bedroom was too hot as the air-conditioning was in the lounge and didn't have a fan.
We received a room upgrade and great service from staff, especially from Kevin who was friendly and extremely professional.Would recommend ?
The facilities were spacious and atmospheric. The wifi was poor.
Very helpful, nothing a problem. Well situated for shops, cafes, restaurants and tourist venues.
Location is excellent. Very convenient. Rooms was well maintained.Bed was comfortable. Met my expectations.
WIFI is not reliable. It drops most of the time.
Was all good. Kevin at reception was excellent
No exhaust fan in toilet, very small shower.
Great space, affordable, clean, staff are helpful and friendly, perfect spot for the CBD and not too loud
Wifi was hit and miss but we didn’t mind too much, slight noise in the night from alleyways but of course not the properties fault
John & Richard were excellent hosts. Apartment had been fitted out beautifully and was spotless. Location was awesome given its proximity to North Terrace and Rundle Mall and ready access to trains & buses. Major attractions within easy walking distance
As a light sleeper any 'unexpected' noise will wake me but I will generally fall asleep again easily if I can make sense of the origin of the noise. Our apartment was at the back of the building facing a multi-storey car park and a service street so you will get some unwelcome noises on occasions - particularly bin collection nights. Despite this, we would definitely stay again but would ask for a unit front of building facing Pulteney Street - and pack my ear plugs - just in case!
Location was amazing. The traffic noise was to be expected in such a central location.
The air conditioning unit was very loud and ineffective
Location, comfort.
The shower size was fine for me but some people may find it a little tight.
Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It s very well situated and the parking is very convenient and just across the road.
We liked the central location and ease of walking to city locations. Public transport was good too.
Early morning wake up (week days) from rubbish trucks out side.
Loved the location & the apartment felt quite spacious. Bathroom was a little bit tight but the shower was roomy & loved the rain shower. Decor was gorgeous & bed was comfy. Loved that we could open windows & French doors onto balcony.
No negatives for us. Perhaps some covering on balcony floor. Not great under bare feet.
