Reception staff were unhelpful and rude

Hallways to rooms need a little revamp.

The room was comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast was nice, but when i booked room and paid breakfast included, to have the breakfast delivered to my room i had to pay $38 because when purchase breakfast with the room booking u must eat it in restaurant. And there were mosqiutos in the room

Great choices for breakfast with quality food. Ate dinner at the hotel one night - huge serving and exceptional valueRooms very comfortable and spacious.The view from every room is West Lakes so you can watch rowers as they practice each day

Always love everything about it

I would have liked to have been on level one from the start but after chatting with staff they accommodated me a d were so kind and helpful as always .

The room was big with a nice balcony. The views were spectacular both from the restaurant and from the room. Loved that so close to everything - beach, a playground, a shopping centre. Tunki restaurant was the highlight of our trip, we went there twice for dinner.

Pool needs a renovation.

The view from our room was fantastic and very relaxing . The beach is just downstairs and very reachable. Staff are easy to talk to and Stephanie addressed our concerns.

The facilities are very old, and the room was not clean, fridge was full of stains, carpets were dirty and stained, curtains were dusty and ripped, surfaces and balcony chairs were rusty . It’s not a 4-star hotel as advertised. Too pricy.

Great location with views of the Lake. Rooms were very generous in size.

It’s a little tired. Needs a freshen up. The walls in our room were scuffed and the bathroom vanity was chipped. Just wear and tear basically. But otherwise really comfortable.

Facilities,location,staff,price and breakfast is always good

Had dinner in the restaurant the carvery plate and evey element on both our plates were cold.

need to update the television it's old, need smart tv so we can watch the movies on Netflix

Great location and sensational restaurant

You get better toilet paper in the public toilet at the mall! No streaming services which was disappointing esp seeing some free to air channels had such bad reception they were not watchable Ran the spa and chunky floaters came out! Gross

That they changed the Wok menu! Because it use to be amazing before and now it’s basic. For example the chilli prawn was not chilli at all. The Singapore noodles were not on the menu and they are the best I’ve ever had. We also had a homeless man just sleeping in his car, acting aggressively and pooing in the garden in plain sight of us.

Perfect location lots of parking pool and hot tub was great dinner and breakfast is a must very helpful team members nice rooms and beds 5 stars from me will be returning

Rooms were comfortable clean and big enough for 2. Outdoor furniture was good quality

No outdoor area to swim/sunbathe. The weather was extremely warm and humid and swimming in the lake wasn’t available. Missing a trick without an outdoor pool

Amazing view, exceptional amenities and room. The service staff kept our room clean and provided us fresh towels each day.

The lighting in the bathroom was not too good especially putting on makeup. Also not enough bench space in the bathroom.Our air conditioner was doing a noise every night which was annoying and the service guy did see to it but couldn’t fix it to a later date:(And also not sure but sometimes there was an unpleasant smell when you entered the main foyer

Room was amazing, absolutely beautiful views over the lake.

Pool is inside, some background music would be nice, room needs updating to make more inviting.
