Quiet location. I recommend that the hotel makes guests aware of the supermarket and general shopping centre 5 minutes walk away on Glen Osmond Road. I found it by chance as it is around the bend in the road. Very useful!

As the bathroom is quite small a hook on the back of the door would be useful for hanging items.

The unit was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, location was great for where we wanted to be with, restaurants nearby. It was a good place to stay for the price.

The room was a bit short on space as it was a double room with a single bed added and ensuite was compact.

shower wouldn't drain properly and flooded the toilet area and the tap in the bathroom was faulty. Sprayed water over the front of the basin. Bed and room otherwise OK. Good location and easy to find. Great Italian restaurant across the road.

Ac unit made terrible noise. Bed was absolutely terrible hard as a rock. Bad pillows. Water leak on bathroom floor.

The beds were uncomfortable the pillows had a funny smell the bathroom was very tiny and the walls were not very clean it just not very comfortable at all or clean definitely won’t be staying again.

No toaster. 1 coffee/ tea mug/cup for a room that accommodates 3.2 glasses for water. No wine or stemless glasses.Not enough pillows. No hand towels. No directory for what to do in an emergency.

Squealing A/C, cramped room & ensuit, no toaster as advertised. No fly screen above door. The mattress was the worst that we have ever experienced anywhere. I don't know how they can get away with such poor bedding. My husband said that his side of the mattress had a huge lump in the centre, mine was lumpy and sunk in centre. There were no spare pillows, and very poor quality & low. I have never stayed in such a poor quality motel. And shocked that it is endorsed by GOLDEN CHAIN

Dreadful . Do not waste your time or money

The mouldy 1/2 can of vegetables in my fridge from how many guests ago ?? The occupants above me dragged furniture around & banging about with screaming kid & foul language till wellafter midnight. So much for their advert of sound proofing .

It was reasonably priced even during peak time. The staff was very accommodating and efficient. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The location was near where we eneded to go.

Noisy, outdated and room not like the picture on booking.com disappointed No hand towel, flannel, drinking glasses no carpet on the floor so bed moved.

We just at least 30 to 40 minutes because the room was newly painted and the smell of chemicals is too strong. we can't tolerate the smell and sleep, so we check out and shit to the hotel.

We had an upstairs quirky room but we only stayed one night & it suited our needs.It was spotless clean. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was a bit noise.Very surprised there was no noise from the road as the hotel was on a road junction.

Peter welcomed all guests with an energetic smile and friendly conversation. The freshly renovated rooms are spacious with big comfortable beds, located close to lovely local restaurants and a short walk to shopping centre for all your convenience.I was impressed by how quiet it was, easy to forget you are on a main road and short drive to CBD.Owned locally and run independently it is worth supporting people who genuinely enjoy what they do.
