Spacious room, friendly staff and great location

Bit dated

Location was close to the concert. Arrive early to grab one of the very limited free parking spots at the hotel. Seamless check-out. Coffee selection was good as were the biscuits.

Whilst I understand some businesses chose to charge a deposit. Losing the amount for 5-10 days and then noticing no mini bar I am unsure why the $100 was taken. Should have just been pre-authorized. The fact the money came out straight away it is disappointing to not have it returned straight away.

main street facing ground floor meant unable to open curtains / windows. Also street noise during the night.

Great location, great price, very functional for one or two nights. Excellent value for money at such short notice and on such a busy weekend in Adelaide.

Mix up with the bookings, which came from Booking.com - nothing to do with the hotel. Unfortunately, the staff member at the hotel that day did not know how to deal with the problem, which was later rectified (thank you Rudi). Also, no iron in the room.

everything was great. room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was also a treat.

Room smelt like cigarettes couldn’t get rid of the smell. Was disgusting. Bed was uncomfortable.

Room and facilities were. get. but had to remember to put the fix my room sign on the door. A-C may need a service.Great location next to restaurants etc.

We stayed in a courtyard room and I loved the leafy courtyard. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very welcoming.

No wine glasses in the room and the room was a little dated for the price we paid.

The fact that our bedding wasn’t clean, it actually had something that resembled semen, on one of our blankets. And the other two beds had hair on them and in them.

We were in a ground floor room and it seems like the walls are paper thin. It was so noisy.

The view - it looked into a service alley A note of my car regarding my parking. I was clearly between the designated lines so what else am I supposed to do?

Friendly staff. Clean and well designed rooms. Wood panelled decor with nice touches in the common areas

Very good

I paid for reserved park, which was fine. Unfortunately, the other guests didn't show any consideration for the reserved parking signs as every time I went out someone just parked in my reserved space. Not the hotel's fault, however when you pay for the privilege you expect to use what you've paid for. No hotel reception after 8pm didn't help.
