Secure parking and location was central. Comfortable soft beds. Two room apartment style was great.

Maybe with the parking. Little funny to find at nights as they were scattered undercover basement parking. But eventually find one.

Problem with the plumbing in our first room, moved to another room problem with TV moved to our third and final room which was fine.

door can't be locked from inside.aircon in one of the bedroom is too noisy, have to turn it off for sleepwould be better if laundry liquid is provided

I think cleaning once a week is not enough.The flats are not well cleaned, and they should pay attention to the washing machines and dryers, as I had a washing machine with a green, rancid rubber seal.

The 2 bedroom apartment was good value for the price we got.Beds had nice linen and apartment was a decent size.

Not great cleaning. Shower full of mould, bathroom windows mould all over the tiles.Scuffs and damage on walls, skirting etc. Not well maintained.

I liked the spot, location was awesome for my needs, loved going to the cafe for breakfast, Had everything i needed

Being a loan travler, I sometimes felt a bit scared with some of the other quests

Best value for money accommodation in Adelaide. Parking is low cost and definitely a bonus to the entire outfit.

Kitchen + laundry in the room is very convenient for a few nights stay. Sauna and pool being open until 10pm on weekdays was very nice.

Friendly staff. Good pool and spa facilities (however the pool could be warmer). Close to Central Markets and China Town. Spacious apartments with clean kitchen facilities.

Wasn't as close to the city centre as initially thought, which made it difficult for small children walking. Kitchens needs more utensils.

no cooling in bedroom - it heated up muggy quickly and the system in living room doesn't cool the space in bedroom. there was a fan though so that helped

Staff on arrival were fantastic. Very helpful indeed. The swimming pool room was a nice bonus

The property was conveniently located. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub although the pool was dirty. The apartment was spacious and it was a bonus to have the laundry room. Breakfast was delicious.

We found the apartment was a bit grimy and there were marks on the bed sheets. We asked for 2 single beds and one bed was not equipped with a duvet. When we asked for a duvet we were told no. The staff were not particularly helpful - we had to ask about breakfast. The apps on the tv didn’t work (Netflix etc) and no-one was prepared to help.

Plenty of room and it was clean and tidy. Parking was good, and an easy walk to the local IGA. Not too far to walk to central market even though I"m not that fit.

Staying for 6 days a couple of spare towels and more than 1 roll of toilet paper would have been nice. We did ask for more towels but they never arrived.

Nice to have 2 bedrooms and a living area so 3 of us could be together. View of the city was nice. Washer/dryer combo was nice to have, but took a long time to dry.

Another comfortable chair would have been nice. Only room for 2 on the couch so someone had to sit on a desk/dining chair.

Ease of access apart from only one lift working

This accommodation was okay. When you are asked to nominate the name of everyone in your room and sign to say that if one gets evicted you all have to leave, it does make you suspicious on check in. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment. Advertised as air conditioned but this was only in the lounge and in a west facing apartment, the second bed was terribly warm on hot days and nights. There was a ceiling fan that was so noisy we could not sleep with it on. We had Foxtel but it was in black and white, the kitchen was okay but the bar sized fridge struggled to keep water cold and then froze over. Obviously past its use by date. We had requested a portable cot in booking which staff knew nothing about, but this was quickly rectified. Location was fairly central and we could walk everywhere we needed to. It did the job but in my experience did not quite live up to the excellent reviews I had seen on line. Would not stay here again.
