good location, very comfortable bed, great breakfast and good size room

car park was full so couldn't go out after dark in the car wouldn't get back in

Room was 'compact' but bed was comfortable. Quiet enough.

Price was a little high for the facilities. Menu limited and expensive. Not well located to shopping / other restaurants. No provision (cutlery / plates) to 'bring in' food.

No help from staff, it was very caotic at times in the sky bar, Sunday nothing was open to relax and have a beer and food resturant were closed,the bar fridge prices in the room Were way expensive. No additional TV options without using own account,bathroom body wash , shampoo and conditioner empty on arrival asked for refill at front desk and sent up small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Had to pay for parking and was full on arrival from a function occurring at the motel from non paying guests had to park on a street nearby very disappointed.

Most of the staff. Only 1 person was really really mean. Also know where to change your phone without the brick ,, that's so not 2025

A staff member was extremely rude. Wouldn't help me with my needs then for some reason he set a alarm on my room and would not give me any idea or why he was not returning my phone due to no power point. The 1 person who worked ruined my stay

I had requested a city facing view and we received one on the second highest level, was very special. Room service food came quick & was reasonably priced. Housekeeping did a great job

The shower head was not very good and if you're tall, bit close to the roof as you stand in the tub.

The staff, the room, the car park cat miss it already, the buffet breakfast is to die for super yum. It's far a bit from places so you need to drive to get to anywhere but you don't need to go anywhere for food at least as dinner and breakfast is provided and tastes great. I feel the in room food has a better menu, the restaurant food is mediocre but it does give you free parking if you spend over $65 on dinner in the restaurant only. I would rather pay for parking and order in the room but that's just me. Or eat just the delicious brekky and go get a good wood oven pizza somewhere in the city if you can be bothered driving.

To have a sign up front where people are to park when checking in. Sign could say something like Check in parking.

Check in was easy, everything felt very modern and comfortable. There were plugs right next to each side of the bed for easy charging of devices. The standout of the room I booked was spa in the room was delightful to use and was actually quite powerful, a nice way to relax. The parking location is right next to the building and gated so you know your car is secure overnight.

Not really a critque but more of a observation/warning for future guests not all of the food/beverages in the room are included and the only way of knowing that is a bit of paper on one of the shelves with food pricings. Still had the basics of tea, coffee and milk for free so that was lovely.

Very comfortable, warm and cosy room with a view and a balcony for fresh air.

Really comfy bed. Suitable delicious breakfast range and pleasant setting looking out to the parklands. Convenient car parking and checking in-out.

The beds were so comfortable. The showers were lovely. Pool/spa was great!

Going home

Welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely room with view over the green park area. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with good soaps.

We were sad to not have the time or weather to enjoy the rooftop pool. It was a little off from the restaurants and cafes of the city.

I particularly liked that the aircon didn't dry my out overnight, it was nice and comfortable all night.

A bath would have been nice but I wasn't there long enough to be able to relax

Location was great for proximity to Parklands Rail Station, but otherwise would not be an ideal location to stay in Adelaide. It is quite noisy next to the road.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good to have a secure carpark. Great views from the 5th floor.

Both restaurant & Cafe closed on Friday (Anzac Day). Couldnt get a drink. Booked a spa suite, spa did not work. TV kept cutting out, going black. WiFi maybe? Had to turn off & restart each time. Wedding on 2nd night of our stay. Could hear restaurant staff walking backwards & forwards on wooden floor about our room. They emptied all the empty bottles loudly into the bin enclosure at 9ish, just when the loud music started & went on for a few hours. so much for a peaceful stay in the city for a few days before returning to work on Monday.

Location close to train station

Very small room, crack in bathroom hand wash basin. Not a good look when paying for a hotel room.

terrible. when we asked for help all they wanted to do was give us a breakfast..

everything, the spa bath was FULL of bugs rusty water ect
