Easy access to the work event I was attending

Parking for check in , would like to be able to book car park prior. No where to park car to walk into check in

Great venue for our wedding and reception

Chicken meals were very dry. Got a few complaints from friends and family about that

Check-in was smooth and straightforward. Beyond that, there were no aspects of the stay that met expectations given the price point.

The room condition was unacceptable. Stained carpets, a dusty smell, mould in the bathroom, and paint chipping from the ceiling. A cupboard door fell off when opened, the balcony glass was covered in smudges, and the TV was coated in dust.Housekeeping was clearly lacking. The bed was remade but the sheets were not changed across multiple services.The kitchen being closed for a private function with no notice or alternative provided was poor service.The pricing does not align with the standard delivered. Paying over $400 per night for this level of quality is not justified.The advertised rating and marketing are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel.

Convenient location

Extremely expensive for the age and state of the property. An older hotel and the rooms were quite run down and didn’t look very clean

The location is a great spot, short walk to the north side of the city and markets not too far away. Park across the road great for those wanting to exercise, laundry facilities were great as well.

Could of had extra pillows in the room cupboard if required.

It was well located for what we required. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place looked a bit tired and worn. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The fridge was totally iced up. I had to get into the bath to shower

The bathroom was disgusting! Dirty socks left from previous guests, shower was unclean & had the most putrid smell. For an executive suite it was extremely poor

Budget hotel room. No screen door from balcony to circulate fresh air in the room. Room smaller than expected. Lovely reception and on site resturant.

Beautiful accommodation for the cost, central to all needs and beautiful rooms

Large cockroaches on balcony, also no coffee maker in the room as advertised, otherwise perfect

The room itself was nice and comfortable.

The bathroom had excessive amounts of mould. Also had to pay extra for parking- $15 per night.

Friendly staff; good breakfast and dinner options; good location.

Breakfast and the location

The pillows were too high to sleep on. The next morning, my neck had rashes, so I believe the bed was unclean.

Quite and peaceful .

Smell of the room was not pleasant , old curtains and stains .

Bed was comfortable, quiet location, clean!

It is a long way from the busy part of the city, that's good and bad of course!

Excellent friendly staff, and the hotel was located in an excellent location in the city. It was easy to get around by foot, and the staff were also able to look after our bags after we checked out. The breakfast buffet was also excellent value for money.

Very nice hotel. Staff were lovely and the room perfect.

Could have used another pillow

Service desk provided free parking next door as their car park was full. Quick and easy check-in and check-out.

Had an unexpected guest in my room, Kevin the cockroach, he was here on a business trip. Unfortunately Kevin has probably lost his job as he's currently stuck under the bin in the bathroom. I also learned that he can fly...Told the service desk about it when checking out. Got an apology. Which seemed genuine, but figured they might offer a discount or some enticing offer to return again sometime? But nope. Staying elsewhere tonight.

The bed was very comfortable. Free drink on arrival was very nice

I had a fall and the staff were friendly and helpful very helpful my breakfast was very good and was looked after by the gentleman who took me to my table a got me a cuppa tea thanks to all who helped me
