Location, and great water pressure!!The room was spacious too!!

The bed was way too soft for me…super uncomfortable

The room was very dirty, the fridge was dirty, the bed wasn’t made properly and the sheets and pillows had stains on them, the carpet was filthy. The staff weren’t helpful and didn’t really know what they were doing.

Other guests having loud arguments next door to the room I was in. No fault of the Hotel.

no microwave in the room, bit of a surprise for a "motel" these days. I did ask for one and an old clunky one was provided after a couple of requests. Also the bathroom flooded when the shower was used. And parking spaces not always available in the large forecourt. There are more parks available nearby, but not obvious and I had to ask about it.

We only stayed 1 night but could have easily stayed longer. Room is comfortable and spacious, bathroom is great! The location is amazing, nice walk into Adelaide City, otherwise you have got gardens and parks surrounding you. Footpath right out the front for a morning walk, close to cafes. Staff are friendly, our room was quite. The parking is easy and plenty of parks.

Great location, basic clean rooms with was exactly wat we were after for our short stay. We also enjoyed the pool in the adjoining hotel.

The room was full of cockroaches, we counted 8 in total that we killed with our kids and then had to ask to move rooms.

The Hotel / Motel is a little unusual in layout but well kept, with a good pool, a nice reception and communal eating areas - the room was in very good condition with modern decor, clean and roomy.

I didn't have a car but parking looked quite expensive - other than that I did not notice anything objectionable!

Our second stay in a family room here and it’s really perfect for our needs. Car park outside our door, comfy bed and opportunity to use next door hotel pool.

Housekeeping was a bit slack and missed the times we put the “make up our room” sign but this is a very small qualm.

Location was good, room was ok. Pool area at hotel alba and the restaurant were great.

Cleaning staff is quite rude and unrpofessional. They even left the full trash bag on top of our suitcase in one of the days.

I loved the location, so convenient for tram and other city activities. Being able to park outside my door was also a big plus! Having a child it was great having access to the pool at the Alba and also the playground across the road. Fasta Pasta is really close which is great for kids as they eat free Monday and Tuesday! We did also order from the Alba and the food was really well priced and delicious. Check in and out so easy at the Alba and you can drive right in off South Terrace. Rooms are modern and updated and have great TVs. Not too much noise at night and we felt really safe.

The fridge didn’t seem to work that well and the bed was a bit soft in some spots but really no big complaints.
