    Pros +

    • Beautiful rooms (though seemed a bit style over substance). I’m sure it’s great if your main focus is posting photos on Instagram.
    • Beautiful location, huge room
    • Location, comfort, fully equipped room. Bed was amazingly comfortable!

    Cons -

    • Attached to a casino which meant the clientele downstairs could be a bit unsavoury and there are signs everywhere saying face recognition is in use which seemed a bit weird. The staff were friendly enough and keen to help though it seemed too much for them to fill up a reusable bottle, that didn’t really compute. They just kept giving me plastic water bottles. At night there is lots of homeless people on the walk from the hotel to the Main Street, didn’t enjoy that as a solo female travel and waited on the Main Street to be able to walk back with another group.
    • MASSIVE tv right at the football of the bed
    • Found the parking hard to navigate and very expensive. Asked for a late checkout but was refused immediately. It’s was only an extra hour needed.

Beautiful, clean, spacious and luxurious rooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. Perfect clean and boutique style gym.

The pool deck isn’t very well designed. The sun beds are away from the pool and food/ drink service doesn’t start until 11.30am

The size of the room, how clean facilities are and how polite staff are.

    9Rishi18Posted on: 1-24-2026

Pretty nice room, good gym, good location

Hot tub too much chlorine, parking a little pricey

    10ViviennePosted on: 1-23-2026

Very helpful, attentive, friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and tidy, the room was perfect size, bath tub and shower and toilet very clean and tidy. Bed is very comfortable with clean linen.

Location, restaurants, staffBreakfast.. large serve and good choices.Rooms are comfortable and clean. Surprised by having bed turned down for us.

Not knowing how the room worked. It is all run on tablet. The curtains opened and shut by themselves. Several times. The balcony door was awkward to open. Needed to call the desk to get help. Glasses by the spa.Kids jumping in the pool and throwing objects into the pool from the spa. Kids mucking around in the spa with no parent control.

Amazing view from the riverside suite. Spacious and relaxing atmosphere

Great staff, spacious rooms and great view

    10KerryPosted on: 1-22-2026

    Location and room was beautiful

Mini bar complimentary items should have been more given a suite was booked, same items are given throughout the whole hotel and there is a definite price variation between a suite and standard room

The hotel is impressive, standing above the river and in a superb location. The river views from our room were lovely and far reaching, although you do look over a couple of buildings (Festival Hall) which are currently being renovated. Our room was absolutely 5 star and very comfortable, elegant and spacious. Breakfast was excellent but portions are huge!

There is work going on between the hotel and the river, with renovations to the Festival Hall, so expect some noise which starts early - usually 07.30 but 06.30 one morning. The reception area is unusual as it is below ground. Coming by car/taxi, you need to enter a basement and then drive right up to the neon EOS sign. We didn’t use the pool - it’s very small.

Beautiful views, lovely interior, staff were incredible! And so lovely to me and my partner!

Clean , amazing staff , great rooms

Unfortunately throughout the nice there was a high pitched squealing sound coming from the bathroom starting at roughly 2am , this continued until having to check out . In no way was it the fault of the venue just unfortunate

Great view! comfy bed. Great location. Free snacks. Staff are always friendly. EOS also wished my boyfriend a happy birthday which was lovely and they gave us a little sweet treat with a card that said Happy Birthday William which was so sweet!!

We've stayed at EOS before and it was the best. But this time we were slightly disappointed because the iPad wasn't working, and we couldn't use the spa the next day because it was getting cleaned. I think we called the front desk twice about the ipad. We specifically book EOS because we love how they have a spa/pool and we love how you can control/ do everything from the ipad!! Only small things though. Overall, It was still a great experience but not as amazing as the last time we stayed I think.

Great place to stay ( second time ) and very close to the Adelaide International Tennis which we went to. Very clean and friendly staff.

    10KevinPosted on: 1-18-2026

    Modern, clean and spacious

    10MaryPosted on: 1-16-2026

Everything was exceptional - especially the view !! I can't also believe the space of the room, it was amazing.

The location of the hotel was very tricky to find car parking and the main lobby area.

    1DannielPosted on: 1-16-2026

Nothing about the place was good.

Service and staff at casino was disrespectful and rude. They judge a book by its cover. Will never stay there again.
