Location is great, North Adelaide has an varied selection of excellent restaurants within easy walking of the hotel

For the second time I have had to pay a bond, which isn't released until after 30 days. Last time it was A$500, this time A$200. I have no problem with the idea of a bond, but it should be released within a day or two of checkout.

The location is great. We enjoyed using the outdoor dining and lounge area on ground floor too.

Gym is a little small.

Located in a tranquil residential area, we were very happy. The city is only a short walk, through parkland. Nice restaurants near by as well!Beds and quality of accommodation was exceptional and the secure parking ways very convenient.Overall, the building, its spaciousness in public areas and views made our stay fantastic.

Location was great, short walk to the city but even shorter to the entertainment centre which is the main reason fro the trip

For a two bedroom apartment it was on the smaller side, plus taking $200 on arrival for any potential mini bar and room service orders is a bit rich. The mini bar contents propbaly added up to $100 if you're lucky. Plus a week later and it still hasn't been returned.

The aircon vents in the bedrooms were much less useful than the one in the hall and lounge

We were in Adelaide for a few days and chose Majestic M suites initially because of its close proximity to Adelaide Oval (20min walk). We chose a king suite and it was beautifully appointed. It had everything we needed and was very well designed so we didn't feel like we were tripping over our stuff. There was a lovely balcony that if the weather had been warmer we would have relaxed outdoors in the evenings. The basement car park was secure and accessible from the lift. The staff were friendly and professional. We did not need to ask much from them but I am sure if we did it would not have been a bother. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Adelaide.

The hotel was well appointed, modern and very comfortable. It was in a great location and a quiet neighbourhood. Its closeness to good quality stores and food/retail was excellent. It also was close to parks and walking tracks. The staff were excellent also.

The pillows were not very good, but then again this is my issue with most hotels I stay in. There could be more desk space to work on, but this is only a minor issue.

It was new, modern, looked great, comfortable, well appointed, and very clean. Everything was in perfect condition and I didn't need anything.

Further update, 20 days after the booking. Still have the hold on my account. No response from the reservations team. It is great accommodation, but the service is rubbish.-------This info was added TWO weeks after I stayed at the hotel: They still have a card hold on my account. I have emailed them to remind them to remove it. I have not received any response, AND the hold remains on my account.The transaction has not been processed, but they cannot hold the amount indefinitely, and there is no reason not to remove the hold.

Fabulous location, easy secure parking, beautiful apartment, high ceilings and generous rooms, spotless, lovely views.

A 30 day hold was placed on my security deposit. I was not informed of this either at the time of check-in or two weeks after check-out when I queried this. Instead, when I queried the non-release of the deposit I was first informed that it would be a 3-5 day delay, then, on second query, that the funds had been released. My bank informs me otherwise.

Narrow parking space, there was only one EV charger in the property and was contested at times.

Just the entire class and look of the place. Corridors are wide and spacious, and clean. Very well styled Comfortable bed

Nothing, everything was perfect

It is super clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to shops, and restaurants and only minutes drive from museums and downtown.

The only thing I can think of, and it’s really nothing major is that the lighting in the sitting/dining area is insufficient especially if you are an older person who needs bright light for reading.

Nice room, poor customer experience

Staff lack any sense of customer care or hospitality training. Completely robotic and dont listen to customer feedback. Act more like they belong in finance dept than front desk.

There was a big basement car park in the building, but we had to pay for parking! Dark rooms, the lighting arrangment in the unit is not efficient. it remains a bit dark.
