Nightcap at Playford Tavern

Plenty of parking for my truck & within view of my room. Rooms are secure from hotel patrons & are nice simple clean rooms close to the bistro. Very friendly & nice staff.

Meal was overpriced for what I had, a steak that thin should only ever be on a burger or steak sandwich & while it doesn't reflect on the room or the service the fact that I could get a full meal on the premises was one of the factors in my booking.No outdoor area for smokers, had to go outside the establishment to have a smoke. Though affordable & practical for my particular needs I think it may be a little overpriced for the location.

The food was delicious, very comfortable queen bed .

The noise, quite busy got woke up from doors banging and people talking loud in the hallway at 7am. Also really noisy in the carpark most of the night, staff talking loudly after they finished there shift.

Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to others. Ideal location for us. Would take advantage of their meals next time we stay as the menu was very inviting.

Bed was very comfortable! Decent water pressure and heat in the shower.Very clean and tidy. Reasonable room service options (although one of my meals was forgotten).Loved the complimentary cold water!!

The open shower with the shower curtain that continued to cold assault me every few seconds. A shower door would be preferred but understand that the weird shape of the shower might make that challenging.Terrible view out the window of the bird poop stained roof of the adjacent building. Probably not a lot that can be done about that.

Disappointing

The shower head was bad.When u finally get the water temperature right and then it changes without no one touching it.The beds were on Wheels so when pushed together to make a double they just slide right out and you full in between on the floor..

Nice new looking facilities. Dinner in the Tavern was nice & included a discount & drink voucher. We also got a breakfast box for the morning, so we did not have to go on the hunt for breakfast. We felt safe with the double swipe to get to our room.

The room & bathroom was very tidy & modern. The beds were super comfy and the food & service from the staff was amazing.

Maybe block out blinds so the room is darker in the morning?

Nothing but the worst experience.

Booked for 2 nights, paid in advance and they stated the didn't receive the payment and insisted it be paid for again. Receipts shown including bank confirmation with no attempt to assist with contacting booking.com and refusal to discuss with management. Multiple attempts to contact booking.com when it was obviously paid for were unsuccessful and staff refused to assist with contact to rectify the situation. Ended up paying twice for a substandard room, terrible staff and service in a terrible location. I can not advise to stay away enough. Total waste of money and poor customer service. Keep driving past this one!

It was very clean and comfortable Very quiet , the Reasturant was very nice the food was delicious. The free soft drink was a nice touch and 10% off your meal .
