The Osmond Motel & Apartments

I like that it’s close to city and surrounding areas. Easy to find and parking good on site or on road Lovely receptionist both when I checked in and on check out ☺️ love the cafe being on site - very nice and friendly also.

Normally osmond is pretty cleanIt just lacked this timeCrumbs at the side of the bed and I’m certain I had to wipe urine off the bottom of toilet and tiles… just not up to standard this timeNoise- traffic: can’t be helped. But you can hear people above you and people next door. Did have someone yelling at ?5am Saturday morning. Not the hotel fault at all ☺️

Close to the city. Easily accessible and super lovely staff member on reception.

Wasn’t sure if water in fridge was complimentary or mini bar and instructions for room were based on weekly stays. Traffic noise from 4.30am however, earplugs were supplied!

Location was handy to the CBD and services we had to use during our two day stay.

A microwave oven would be a welcome addition. Most properties have microwaves in 100% of their rooms in our experience. Quick meals that can be heated at leisure are the norm nowadays. Fast food is often disappointing.

Everything modern and clean.

A bit out of the way, no restaraunt nearby , only a couple of fast food outlets within walking distance, too far from city for cinvenience

Liked that we were put on ground floor as I was with my elderly father who requires walking frame to get around. Bathroom was a good size for him to be able to move around in as well.

Wasn’t a fan of the yellow plastic ramp outside B block to use instead of step. At the top of that it there is a hole (handle like gap) and it’s quite soft if stepped on or near. My father didn’t fall but he was very unsteady on it.

Easy to access good paths and beautiful gardens next to all the paths good signs to reception and room blocks.

The staff were lovely, We got room upgrade for free. Clean and nice property, We will definitely be back

Good location for us, close to the appointments we had, however we didn't factor in the road noise. Having parking on site was good, however being charged extra when the profile on Booking didn't mention charge was a little disappointing.

The room felt a little cramped getting around the bed while trying to make a cup of tea.The air-conditioning struggled to make the room cool.There was no toaster to make breakfast.

Air conditioner wasn’t working properly

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good location for the purpose of our trip. Reasonably priced.

Car parking area was a bit tight

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the city.

There was a lot of noise from outside and nearby rooms, which made it very difficult for me to sleep. Unfortunately, It disturbed my sleep.

Good location

No toiletries supplied, very very noisy which they are aware of as they provide ear plugs. You are also required to take out your own rubbish on departure. Room is only cleaned weekly.

It was very quiet.

One room was small and had difficulty opening the door.

The "King Bed" was just two single beds held together by a non fitted sheet on wheeled bed bases that moved and were not lock in place. The noise from Glen Osmond road was very noticeable. The paid parking was also exceedingly tight to get out off.
