Very helpful and very freindly staff.
Room and bed very comfortable. Also location not too far to city

We've stayed at the Watson a number of times because the location suits our needs. But just as importantly, we can find a comfortable two bedroom apartment in a building that also has a swimming pool. Perfect for summer holidays.
There isn't much space to get around the bed to the wardrobe in the second bedroom.
Large twin room with kitchenette and living area space. Bed was super comfortable.Lots of space and good value for price.
The building itself is more like an apartment block - lots of full people living there full time. Which meant people coming and going with furniture, dinners etc.Car park - had to pay $10 for car park as the free ones were always taken.Pool was solar heated but too cold for us to swim.Bathroom was small in comparison to room.Lots of notices about security so we weren't sure how safe the area and building was.So less of a nice hotel stay and more of an apartment vibe - one that was slightly dated and needed a bit of a spruce up. We stayed for three nights and had to ask for the room to be serviced and new towels after two nights - the service team seemed surprise at the ask!
View, apartment size, pool, location
Uncomfortable bed/pillows, kitchen needed a few more essential cooking items, noise barrier between floors was non existent.
Staff were cheerful and polite. Doesn't always happen when people need to work weekends.Room was pretty quiet and clean. Seemed like a very relaxed suburb to stay in . . . even though I had to park on the street dueto busy time of the year, everything seemed very safe. Easy access to sporting grounds like Adel Oval by public transport.Liked having good access for food options and other shopping nearby.
Nothing really.
Great location, pool, gym and staff. Car parking convenient
Small rooms/bed/apartment for 2 bedroom, lack of basic facilities (no bottle opener, bread knife, chopping board (rectified by staff). Only 2 towels initially provided. Difficult to keep apartment clean
Beds are the best ever, very quiet place to stay so always get a good nights sleep. Bus stops just up the road to get into Adelaide. Lovely walks in park across the road. Neat cafe downstairs. Close to Walkerville Shopping Centre. Hotels close by for dinner etc. Everything is always clean, neat and comfortable. Its my second home when in Adeldaide.
I have never had any complaints at all staying at The Watson.
It’s not far from town has a village atmosphere and surrounded by parkland. The Tommy Watson art is beautiful. Also has a long pool which was great in the 35 degree days and a kitchen which allowed my friends and I to cook
I stayed here 11 years ago and it looks like there’s been little to no maintenance since. The kitchen cupboard doors and table surfaces were chipped , the crockery and cutlery weren’t all there. Expensive stay during Womadelaide
Very interesting place and well-located with a bus at the door and the river walk close by.
Any chance of a better bedroom table light? It's almost impossible to read at night with the light available in room 718.
Lovely, clean room. Beautiful views. Really appreciated the inclusion of washing powder for the washing machine!
Good location, close to cafes and shops. 10mins from the city. Room was okay, carpet looked extremely dirty throughout out definitely needs re doing. Beds were comfortable. Not sound proof at all, we could hear the NXT doors TV till 4am. Overall, affordable stay
Great location friendly staff and spacious apartments. Good quality for money
Good facilities, location, friendly staff
One of the lights wasn’t working, not enough lighting in room
It was clean, central to everything and within 10 mins or less to everything to do
Location and gym
Rooms are starting to look tired and weren't as clean as they used to be.
Loved our stay at The Watson - our second visit to an Art Series accomodation venue. Close walking proximity to supermarket and small variety of shops and eating places. Room was spacious and well equipped. Facilities were excellent and pool and air conditioned gym a welcome retreat from the hot Adelaide summer. Paid parking onsite was easy and accessible. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Even with some unexpected repairs being undertaken outside, the hotel gave us notice in advance.
Nothing really to mention.
Staff, room, position, pool. The closeness to other facilities was great.
Wifi was extremely disappointing. My wife and I both had (minor) work commitments to attend to but found the wifi extremely unreliable and disappointing, often only being available for a minute at a time, then intermittent for the time. It may have been the room location(208) but disappointing.
