Beds are poor. Pillows are poor. Bathrooms are dated, missing towel hangers.

Mostly everything.

They should have some bowls for possible breakfast, spoon and fork and green tea.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Off street parking. Very affordable accommodation given the location in Glenelg. Very close to club, cafe, shopping, beach etc.

A little dated, but given the price point, great value.

Windy outside and windows rattled from the wind and the elevator area always had high whistles from the wind, the foyer was outdated and tired also

No room service for 5 days and the bed needs to be thrown away. Very uncomfortable and mattress is too old.

First room was given not cleaned fridge full of ants no milk,Bathroom not cleaned no cutlery as per email requested and reply saying it would be thereAlso book twin room but given double bed for me and my daughterRoom moved still double bed but at least clean still no cutlery and plates for meals

Overall happy with everything, the rooms are good, great air conditioning as it was in the 40s when we were there. Next time I will try to get a room with a better view of the ocean. Room 103 not enough of the ocean views

Poor quality, old & run down. Simple house keeping would be nice - clean the place, repair broken switches, lights etc. Felt dirty - and I’m not precious.

The room was quiet and roomy. We do like the quirky shape (like an orange segment) that is a result of the circular shape of the hotel. The elevator made transporting luggage - and my bicycle - to and from the room very simple. The hotel's position, so close to Glenelg beach and the shops and cafes of Jetty Road was excellent. The air-conditioning made the stay very pleasant, despite some very, very hot weather. The reception staff were always cheerful and helpful and the room-cleaning staff were very good too. The bathroom was very good, including the shower water pressure. The provision of soaps and shampoos was very welcome.

There were just a few things. We would have appreciated being higher up, to get some more of the views. The check-in screen at the entrance didn't work. We found the staff member on duty very helpful and courteous, but I did wonder what might have happened if we'd arrived when the front desk was unattended. Finally, there was some painting down - in our corridor, or very close to our room. We appreciate the need for maintenance, but I am quite a severe asthmatic; it would have been good to have been notified, at least, that this was about to take place, as the astringent odour was very strong.

Been locked out off room all night, contact number no anwser, no water all night .

location, view, easy access and parking, no-fuss

old fittings, shower door handle broken and tap came off in my hand

Close to the main street and beach, we had a great view of the marina and city.

It is an older building and could do with some decoration e.g. pictures and plants in the reception.

Location was good and parking next to the front door was handy
