    Pros +

    • Convenient
    • Great space with comfy beds. Fantastic location.
    • Great location! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Several museums, the zoo, and the botanic garden are all within walking distance. The reception staff was friendly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, and they were resolved within a day. While I wouldn't call this luxurious, it was sufficiently nice. It met our needs well.

    Cons -

    • For a family stay, the street it is located on is a little bit dodgy.
    • Paid car parking was terrible. Very tight and hard to get into. Another family mentioned they scraped their car on the way out. Also Hindley st was very loud and we were unable to sleep until thigns quieted down.
    • There were a few things that were less than ideal. There are a couple of bars close to the hotel, and they were noisy in the evening, but it settled down by 10 or 11. The neighborhood to the west is a bit fringy and there are a few alleys nearby I wouldn't go down at night, but we felt safe. Just be sensible and aware. None of these issues is a deal-breaker. Overall, we were happy with Miller Apartments and would stay there again.

Everything . We had an apartment with separate bedroom and bathroom, sitting area and small kitchen which suited our 5 day stay perfectly.

Cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. Kitchen facilities need improvement as they are outdated and do not work as they should ie. microwave oven. Otherwise baths and toilets are in excellent condition.

I paid extra for the balcony as this was a special occasion and was planning on some nice city background shots overlooking the white pillared balcony, but instead our balcony was nothing like the pictures. It was tiny, cramped, fully bricked and had 2 massive glass windows which only partially opened. The heat generated in this area was like a furnace and you didn't dare open the windows unless you absolutely can't do without carbon monoxide from the cars and thousands of tourists smoking throwing spent nicotine in your face from below. You therefore couldn't sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view as there was none that you could see owing to the 1.5 metre wall. Not happy. There may be a lovely white pillared balcony somewhere on the penthouse level but please don't advertise this as THE balcony that you pay extra for. Anyone wanting to pay for the balcony beware and do your homework with the hotel first. The exterior shots of the hotel are not the same, as they are a lovely white façade but in reality it is dark brown and very plain. Either not the same location or has had a massive facelift for the worst.

A great location. Very clean and tidy apartment. Staff were friendly. The room had everything we needed. The parking on site was tight but very handy.

The Hotel is well located, close access to most venues, entertainment. shopping and moreThe 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and was well kitted out with all things to make an enjoyable stay. The staff on the desk was very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel private parking was difficult to manage space wise for our new extra large car to maneuver in and out, even with a larger car space spot allocated.

    Great location, Comfortable bed

Air conditioning was struggling, so I checked the filter, and it was completely clogged. I cleaned it out, and it worked well after that.

We booked a one bedroom apartment and were upgraded to two bedrooms, so we had lots of room. The decor was very luxurious. The apartments are centrally located so in easy walking distance of all the shops. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. There were also laundry facilities so we could take advantage of getting some washing done.

We are coffee lovers so were a bit disappointed to have only Nescafé sachets. I also found the decor a little dark and heavy, and would have preferred a brighter sunnier apartment (it may be related to the fact that it did rain most of the time we were there).

Only two tea bags in the kitchen.

The staff were friendly and the check in process was very efficient. It might be helpful to advise the bond amount for your guests prior to arrival at the property. The location of the property was excellent and within walking distance to majority of the city's tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and the bedding very comfortable.

The reception staff could have greeted us on our return to the apartment each day and asked if we needed anything for the apartment to make our stay more enjoyable.

The location is amazing, right at the western end of Rundle Mall and with many food options in easy walking distance. Great if you don't have a car. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The interiors have a peaceful atmosphere.

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was great, but the balcony was mostly enclosed with some mid-high windows. Totally understanding being an old building. This didn't bother us as it was too cold to go out anyway but may disappoint other guests. It was quite noisy on Hindley St considering it was a Monday night, but it was quite by bedtime.

Close to Rundle mall, casino bars + restaurants.

    10DiannePosted on: 8-7-2025

The property is very accessible — it’s close to everything you need. Shops are just short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel.

Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent location.

Apartment itself was good, very clean and spacious. The staff are the miller apartments were great, particularly the ones working at the reception desk. They were very knowledgeable about things to do and see around Adelaide and great places to eat and always said hello when I walked past.

Car parking was very very tight and small and near impossible to get in and out of. Was not communicated that I needed to swipe card down the bottom of the carpark to exit.Very noisy area as it was directly on Hindley street so you could hear partygoers, especially on a Friday and Saturday night.Hard to access the street needed to get to parking space.

    The bed was fine

The customer service and the lack of accountability when they messed up informing customers of a serious thing that was needed when they should have a reminded system in their welcome message to you. Telling people to remember the deposit. I was almost sleeping in my car because of that. And when I asked for help Kelsey at the front said just go stay somewhere else that doesn’t require a deposit. The room was already paid for so I had no money to do that. I was very disappointed in their customer service. She was terrible and rude. Doesn’t care about her customers.

The foyer was always welcoming and smelled lovely. The room was spacious and well laid out. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathrobes soft and fluffy. Close to Rundle Mall, the convention centre and the gallery made it easy to get around.

The street is home to many nightclubs and an eclectic mix of people...I didn't always feel safe by myself at night.
