Great location, motel is getting old, needs a refurbish, but was clean, a toaster, some cutlery & plates would be handy. Good towels.

Bathroom basin cracked.A light over tea making area.New pillows.Air conditioner didn't work all the time.

The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy which is an important thing while working way from home. I have a big work van and manager helped me park safely witch I appreciate

The kettle didn't work - the button seemed to be not working. I was going to let manager know but I left early for work

No breakfast. Location is loud and hard to sleep. Top of hill in town.

Reception when i arrived could not print out from printer took half hour to process with singke mum and son asleep in car. i could hardly enter building with car and trailer attached in driveway.The smell of bathroom half hour after closing open window with no screen was just discusting.. Bars on outside for security? The hole in bathroom sink filled with old resin, dirty and will never return!

Met all requirements.

Noise from the neighbouring guests partying loadly outside our room until 12;30 , not our job to quiten them but would have expected them to be asked to keep it quite.

I agreed to change rooms from 3 bed to 2 but wasn’t offered a refund of any kind.TV didn’t work properly Internet was useless One comfortable chair would of been nice

Frightfully expensive given the aged/condition and location. I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Sydney in a room double the size and brand new facilities for less per night Shower recess was a very tight fit if the guest was large, they wouldn’t fit. We are of slight build, so we were ok

Lots of things went wrong. Booking.Com support was great in getting this sorted.

Room I booked not available, tried to send me somewhere else but location didn't suit. Got downgraded to lower spec room, but when i tried to query the price because it was pre-paid they told me not to worry "no more to pay". I wanted a some money back because I got a lower spec room. Took Booking.Com to get this refunded. Got told off for raised a complaint.

Location in town close to cafes and RSL

Expensive for a very basic room. No servicing of the room during a 2 day stay. Room had a microwave but no crockery or cutlery. No hairdryer so had to request one. Bed was arguably the hardest we have come across.

Convenient for a one night stay. Close to plenty of takeaway food options.

Can hear your neighbours a little too well.

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything.

Didnt stay. checked the room and the bed was disgusting

Pulled the corner of the sheet and bed protector up and a lot of rubbish fell out , mattress was disgusting

Location was excellent for our purpose.

Very dated, clean but shower had mould in corners and on ceiling.

Bed was very comfortable, quiet considering location, manager was lovely

Was freezing cold at night in the shipping container style rooms. House keeping staff took it upon themselves to turn down the temperature of our fridge. 8-10 hours later we walked back into a flooded room as the whole fridge defrosted itself, which flooded inside the fridge spilling out into the room. Not impressed expensive electrical items and clothing were stored on the floor area....

Very clean and lovely helpful staff. Great location.

2 of us only 1 towel. Because we only got there at 11pm, couldn’t go ask for a second one. Also no bath mat.

Centrally located, budget motel with parking outside your door.

In need of a little makeover but clean with comfortable beds. No breakfast but plenty of places in surrounding area serving breakfast. Fridge freezer needed a defrost.

It was very late after 8pm and the manager stayed on premises till we arrived
