Located near our family. Lovely staff and very nice apartment

A quiet place. Proximity to shops.

Light quality of furniture.

Location for dining was within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Plenty of space in the apartment.

The property was unlocked when we arrived, so my concern is if someone had of done something to the property before our arrival it could have been a hassle and if I didn't check locks before going to the shops, it would have been unlocked BUT in our care.

Great location, walk across the road to a coffee shop, Aldi, bottle shop, bakery etc. Quiet location, not a lot of traffic. Unit was fresh and clean. It is a duplex, so steps. Comfortable. Bigger than we thought it would be.

It was hot upstairs, there is one aircon downstairs and one upstairs in the main bedroom. The aircon was not powerful enough to cool the upstairs lounge or second bedroom. Its very hot and humid at the coast in December, I can't understand why the owners did not put in a third aircon. It would make a world of difference upstairs.

It was secure and close to everything we needed and only a short walk to parks and the shops

it was quite unclean inside and even the patio outside, the carpets were threadbare there was broken plaster on the corners the utensels were not the best, glasses were not enough for us all do have a drink at the same time

I don’t like the check in system. Check in is tough. I booked an A$198.8 staying there on Nov. 06 from booking.com and when we arrived there about 5:45pm , the reception was closed. So I sent the contact call me 154.5 204.4 201.01

I don’t like the check in system on line. It’s tough! I booked an A$198.80 staying Nov. 6th from booking.com. When we arrived there Nov. 6th about 5:45pm, the reception closed and I checked on line by the guide twice, but failed. So l gave the contact call and there charged me A$154.50 for deposit and another different price A$204.40 for a night staying. I had to pay the money then got the key. The next morning about 6:13am I got a message from my bank which told me that there was another change A$201.01 from there. So when I checked out in the morning of Nov. 7th, I I told the problem to the receptionist. But now I still have not get the deposit and recharge money returned.

The 4 bedrooms were ideal for us with kids and extended family staying with us and value for money over other places. Double garage was great and location was good. A good amount of towels, both bath and pool so that was a huge positive. Staff were super helpful and friendly which is hugely important.

The 4 bedroom unit was not very clean, it was quite run down and felt dirty eg. couches, floors, pot/pans, washing machine. The gardens were not well maintained and the pool was small compared to what it looked like online. The 4 bedrooms suited us with kids and extended family holidaying with us, we just would have liked it to have been cleaner.

The apartment was spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable, and so was the sofa. Beautiful, spacious terrace. Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn’t the best, and our toilet wasn’t working.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the toilet wasn’t working.

Communication with venue was excellent. Easy to access accommodation. Apartment clean and tidy. Close to shops and places to eat.

Wrong bathtub plug, not working garage remote and bedroom light. Only the master bedroom has air con (with heating function), all other rooms only have a fan.

The room was not properly cleaned. The floors were filthy. Both veranders had not been swept or mopped, and had chips and crumbs still on them , and neither had under beds or furniture. Glasses were dirty. We washed everything before we were comfortable using them.Aircon was filthy, and for obvious health reasons, we could not use it. Luckily, for the sea breezesThe bathtub had a dark grimy ring around it,, I had to clean it with a sachet of dish soap and a scourer before I could bathe my toddler.Broken mirror that was sharp to the touch and in reach of both our children. One of the stools was broken, and we had to ask for replacements as it only left us with 2 stools for a family of four..Trying to contact staff of our disappointment and to try and get this rectified was not easy, and this was very traumatic and extremely disappointing. We were so excited to come and holiday with you, as the advertising and photos did NOT match what the apartment we got. Also, we were on the top floor, and at night, there were NO lights to negotiate the stairs with young children. We tried to make the best of our time on the coast by staying out through the day and just coming back to sleep and showering. The apartment needs everything that is broken removed. Having a broom and mop for guests to use wouldn't go astray.Indy from your team did reach out to me later in the afternoon after 5pm by missed call and them sms. It was good to hear from someone, but nothing could be done t the next day, and were not able to get another apartment as you were at full capacity. As it was the Easter weekend, and we had paid rates accordingly, we were left to just deal with it or pack up and take our family home.

Location is excellent

Beds were very uncomfortable, no toaster or hairdryer which was in our last townhouse here. Very loud noise kept reverberating throughout the entire apartment late at night and early morning. Stairwell lights also did not work which was dangerous for our older parent.

The pool facilities were extremely dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the couch in our room smelt like dog urine, the carpets were covered in stains, the ensuite bathroom had hair still on the shower walls, we tried to use the oven however even after preheating it for 30 minutes it wasn’t hot enough to use and had to put it to the highest temperature and cook our food for an additional 45 minutes, there was also not enough utensils to properly use the kitchen and the front door was extremely hard to open.

Great location as we were attending an event at The Station. Check in was very easy with contactless code/key collection. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Large balcony area was good too. Free parking is a bonus!

The lounge room carpet was very dirty and the living area had quite a strong smell of what I can only describe as ibis. It was up 3 flights of stairs which is fine for us but not accessible if you can’t do stairs.

Clean and convenient. The room we had is easy to find and right across the local shops. Easy access

Floors were noticeably dirty upon arrival. Couch was filthy. Dishwasher smelt and had dirty cutlery in it. Bathroom lights were absolutely useless, didn't light up anything. Had to use my phone torch to have a shower at night and to do my makeup in the morning. One bedroom had no blinds on the roller, and no knob on the fan switch. The buildings look lovely and modern on the outside, and the layout of the rooms and place was good, but the actually cleanliness and up-keep was disgraceful. I wouldn't stay again unfortunately. Location was good. Secure parking was great. Staff on the telephone was nice. Self check-in and check-out was handy.

Nothing I wish I didn’t book this place.

We would have checked out of this accomodation and gone somewhere else if we thought we could have got accomodation for our large family at the last minute.From dirty floors, windows, benches, to previous occupants dirty towel and socks still in the bedroom. To a blood stained sheet and another unidentified stained bedding it was just unacceptable. When I rang to complain they said they would come and rectify it but still left the bloodied sheet on bed it was just disgusting. I was told someone would call me the day I checked out to discuss and yet I am still waiting days later.

It's was much better than we expected. This is a very well-maintained site. Where the staff, the facilities, the rooms, beds, and appliances are all very good. The whole site, including the pool and common areas, is kept spotlessly clean.
