Location is good, close to town - but it is on a bit of a hill which didn't bother us but could be a problem for others. The unit was great and was well equipped

The street is quite tight and our car didn't fit in the garage provided. The onsite managers were very helpful in providing a solution, but didn't need to worry as we could get a park out front on the road (even though it was peak time of the year)

The facility is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great location.The owner was very responsive until they stopped answering after they understood they made a mistake. That was unpleasant.

We arrived at the apartment in the afternoon and left straight for dinner. When we got back, we discovered that the AC doesn't work (it was a very hot and humid outside). We called the owner, that told us that they are aware and it will not get fixed before our departure date. When we asked why they did not let us know about it, they got angry and said: "What do you want me to do? I just found out about it in the morning". We argued they had enough time to let us know and let us decide if we still want to rent the place or not. They responded that they have arranged a portable air conditioner in one of the bedrooms and that we can leave if we want (it was already 8 pm on a Friday).We tried to move the air con to the living room, but it meant leaving the window a bit open, which meant bugs flying in and ineffective cooling, and it didn't work.So we got nothing left to do but find the first available place on such short notice. Luckily, we had a rental car, so we didn't need to seek transportation. At this point, the owner stopped answering us when we called to let them know we are leaving. We haven't heard from them since.I would say that we got all our money back, but did not get all the deposit back for some reason. I am still working on that.

The location was the best thing about the apartment.

Bottom floor apartment, you can hear everything from upstairs, including someone going to the bathroom! Unlucky for us, when we went to bed on the Saturday night 7-8 people stumbled home drunk up the stairs and had a party right above us. We considered driving back to the GC but couldn't due to medication taken. Texted the hosts, no reply even the day after.

It was so clean, tidy and comfortable - everything we could need was there and it was a great little bolt-hole.

Unfortunately unit 5 came with a garage that just couldn’t fit any car. I have a small car and try as we might, we could not get it in the corner garage without scraping the side, so we gave up and parked on the street, where the closest we could get was around 120 meters away. Combining the garage with the very tight corner on the driveway, I just couldn’t take my chances going in and out so much over the weekend. It was the only downside of an otherwise perfect stay.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. So close to the beach and food. The views from our patio were awesome

Clean and liked the little things, like sharp knives, garbage bags and other little things were included.

The Driveway to parking was terrible, lack of signage for parking, no air conditioning in bedroom.

We were given an upgrade as the aircon wasn't working in the unit we paid for. Spacious and excellent bathroom apart from no fan which would have been appreciated. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Views great. Good size fridge. Aircon and fans.

Cooker could have been cleaner.Grease on it that needed to be cleaned off. Some pans had to be washed before I could use them. No fan in bathroom or toilet.

Quiet area, well maintained, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, good size bathroom with both shower and bath. Close to all amenities and a short walk to the main Coolum beach. Helpful and pleasant staff.

It was perfect for what we needed, a short stroll to beach and shops. It was clean spacious and very comfortable. Loved it.

We have stayed here many times. We return because of large apartments and easy walk to beach, shops and yoga.

Starting to get a little dated and car park is a little tight.

Very nice and renovated apartment. Everything worked as it should. Comfortable beds. The apartment staff were wonderful and always happy to help with anything. Great location.

the parking was absolutely horrible, it was so hard to get into the garage we were given. nothing was said about parking before hand. luckily i have a smaller car and was able to fit in with not much room in either side.
