Clean, close to beach, shops, casino, tram. Lots of parking underneath too. Carpark price per night was reasonable.

Lack of dishwashing detergent. Need at least 1 packet for each day.

Clean welcoming staff and facilities

Our TV was not working, we were offered a new room however, having a young child and everything being unpacked, it was not worth the nuisance of packing up and moving rooms at night. They offered a bottle of rose, so staff were good. However it was frustrating to not have the TV for our child. Maybe a room upgrade or discount on my next stay would have been better.

Excellent location in Broadbeach, close to the beach, shops and tram.Spacious, clean and comfortable, with modern facilities.Overall very good value and a pleasant stay.

we werent able to check in until 3pm and not nice to wait and walk around as very hot and came from a flight after a longe day - would have liked to just change and be by the pool instead of waiting for 2 hours no close coffee shop near the apartment - would have loved to grabbed a coffee every morning if close by

The apartment location, layout, view and cleanliness

The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. It has many facilities included.

Everything was good, however there was a little disgusting smell in the 11th floor.

We would have loved to have an ocean facing room with the children, but this is our only constructive comment.

Fabulous room size and views. Very comfortable bed. Great having the kitchen and laundry facilities. I loved the 20m pool. Also proximity to the The Beach hotel was very convenient for dinners post conference. They were delicious

Perfect location for the 'Blues on Broadbeach' Blues festival! The bed in the main bedroom was comfy. In response to a saturated carpet in the hallway, the hotel moved us for the second night to equal but not upgraded alternative. The maintenance guy was so helpful & courteous.

The next day when maintenance arrived & worked on the carpet for a while it was clear that we could not stay in that room. Disappointed as we missed out on seeing a number of acts at the festival that morning. With some delays in responding to the situation we felt there could have been a better response to the inconvenience. We always book accommodation with a kitchen so we can cook our own breakfast. In our view don't have a kitchen if you don't have enough pots & pans to cook your own breakfast. Overall OK but disappointing.

It’s a shame the gym doesn’t make the most of the great location.

Finding a parking but that’s to be expected at underground hotel parking

Conveniently located, nice hotel room. All amenities you would need. 24 hour desk was very helpful for a late check in.

New, modern, comfortable. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which gave us more room plus a second bathroom - luxury!

A trip down to the basement and back can take a long time if one of the three lifts is out of service.

Great location. Apartment was modern and well appointed with everything you needed. Close to all amenities, transport etc and huge shopping mall across the road.

Clean modern family holiday apartment

The unit had a really good view of the beach. The room was well presented and very roomy.

There was complimentary biscuits as we entered but one packet was already open i once biscuit was missing which was weird.
